“Overall the service on the bus is fine, however, reducing the schedule, especially on 'remote' routes like 702, 703 forces people to consider alternative options, especially with early or late flights. Dublin City center (700 route) is covered much better, despite the fact there are many alternatives from other companies. But 702/703 are only served by Aircoach, and cost-efficient approach should not be used, because Aircoach is playing huge social and ecology role in serving these areas, so that people can reduce use of personal cars or taxis”

“Generally OK. It was my first time with Aircoach. In plus: the driver was very nice, minus: the bus was late and there was no toilet on the board. In the past I used many times Nationall Express. Buses were late many times too, but all of them had toilet.”

“The actual service is very efficient and comfortable, however as it is so popular now i am a bit concerned that if flights are delayed that the "next bus" is not really an option now as they are usually full. I havent examined the flexible ticket - i dont know if that helps - but presumably that has extra cost which would make the service less appealing. I know of numerous people who after flight delays have had to try to find alternatives solutions - train or translink to get them home as there was no space. Perhaps a victim of it's own success!”

“efficient, so long as you had reserved your seat, which luckily I had.... got me where I needed to be and when, Good pick up points across Dublin! However, customer management was a bit sloppy”
