“Thank you for a very comfortable and pleasant journey from Cork to Dublin airport. We arrived on time despite Dublin traffic. The driver was excellent - I was impressed by his courteous and careful driving. I recommend Aircoach very highly based on my experience.”

“I didn't know bus stop was removing to another place behind the airport and this is why I was waiting my aircoach bus in front the airport. This is why I missed 2 connections and was waiting at the Belfast international airport from 8.35 pm to 12.35 am. Aircoach should advertising changes of the bus stop on the more visible place as I never noticed.”

“The bus arrived well before time, and left exactly on scheduled time from the starting point. Pleasant journey to the airport. Perhaps 10 minutes off time of scheduled arrival at airport due to city traffic including a diversion (which the company emailed us to alert in advance). First time using the service and will use again. Booked online. Saved a lot of money versus airport parking (unavailable in any case). Saved time and stress in the long run.”

“I am from Australia and am very impressed with Air Coach. It was easy to book and a very comfortable ride. Driver gave clear instructions where bags should go and helped me out with my bag at terminal 2.I will recommend Air Coach to friends .Thank you”

“Excellent service from Belfast to Dublin airport. Bus was on time and the driver did well to keep his cool with people arriving as bus was due to leave. A good price and bus was clean and comfortable. Would use again”

“i booked the 5:30 bus on june 19th, we got to the bus stop at 5:35 expecting the bus to be gone as our flight was delayed! to our suprise the bus was still there so i walked up to knock and the driver looked at me and indicated to pull off the stop so i started knocking again and he pulled off, it would have taken him less than a minute to let us on but he completely disregarded me and pulled off after travelling for 10 hours already i was distraught and angry and felt so degraded”

“I bought a ticket to take me from Killarney to Dublin Airport changing coaches at Red Cow. The coach stopped a number of times to drop off and pick up passengers. This process seemed to take up a lot of time and resulted in the coach arriving late to Red Cow so we missed our connecting coach to Dublin Airport. We waited she’d for the next scheduled cosch but if never arrived so we had no option but to get a taxi to the airport which cost us €39. Luckily our flight was delayed otherwise we would have missed the flight. I would like to claim a refund for the unused portion of my ticket.”

“It was a great experience BUT the radiator on my feet was on FULL the entire time to the point where I couldn’t put my feet anywhere near it as it burnt my ankle leaving my ankle quite red and burning but other than this it was good but my ankle was burning up due to the intense heat”

“As a first time customer it wasn’t bad. A customer service number should be ready at any time to help sort out issues. The bus driver left me even when seeing i was crossing over. There was an issue with the stage location.”

“Fairly easy to use the website to book a ride from the Dublin cruise port to Dublin airport. Driver was courteous and efficient with passenger check in and luggage. The trip through Dublin was an enjoyable route and we arrived without any trouble.”

“No complaints so far. The drivers are usually lovely, no matter the time of day I use the service. Sometimes the bus is late though, especially really early morning (circa 5am) which I wouldn't expect”
