“Terrible service. Booked the Dublin to Derry coach for 21.45 to be: 1) Met with a rude driver 2) Got on coach, then, had to change coach whilst still in Dublin airport. This new coach had a much more pleasant driver 3)Got to Belfast and had to change coach for a second time 4) Then for a 30 minute stop at Belfast Intl A 2 hour 40 minute journey has turned into a near 4 hour one. Absolutely ridiculous. None of this was made clear when booking. Atrocious service.”

“We traveled round trip between Dublin and Belfast. Buses were on time, the fare was reasonable, there was plenty of room for our luggage, drivers were professional and the buses were clean. A good choice!”

“If it had of been like journey from Derry to Dublin I would of rated much better. Unfortunately not a good experience from Dublin starting with ticket Conductor. Flight arrived early so we were in time for the 9.50 bus to Derry, My wife was at bus at 9.40 with my youngest child I was getting bags with my daughter and was 5 minutes behind her when arrived was told sorry ur tickets have been sold such a rude man with no customer service skills at all, definitely in the wrong job.so had to wait 2 hrs for another bus which was totally unacceptable.As for the Drivers they had no personality, definitely Customer Training needed definitely will have to think twice about using this service again.”

“We found Aircoach very good for going directly from boarding the bus in Cork right to the airport terminal, no need for extra busses or a taxi. It was hassle free, comfortable, had a toilet on board & phone charge ports. Would definitely use again.”

“Gave 4 out of 5 because I could not get the internet on my iPad to FaceTime my family my arrival time, had to borrow a phone from another customer as I couldn't put my new SIM card into my phone while the coach was moving. Other than that the trip was good.”

“The drive of our bus from Dublin Airport to Belfast was very perfect and professional staff but there was one of the air coach staff that I took his pictures because his attitude towards me was very bad simply because I cannot speak good English.”

“I was pleasantly durpeused with my first journey with Aircuach( I last travelled with the Airporter so my first time with the new company). Driver was so friendly and the cia h itself was comfy . It’s cheaper for a return than with Airporter so I was super impressed.”
