“I had a dreadful experience from Dublin to Galway. 1. Driver was late to arrive 2. He was not experienced in the trip itinerary, he was asking passengers which exists to take. 3. Driver kept the AC blasting, it was a night trip and the passengers were cold. I asked him to turn AC down, he did for about 15 min then blasted it again. We were all extremley cold. When we arrived LATE I asked him why he turned AC up on us as we were cold, He said he wasn't cold. Then he hovered over me and aggressively followed me into the station, VERY uncomfotable!”

“I find the Aircoach is the best way to get to and from the airport. I only wish it was a 24 hour service. If your flight is arriving after midnight you need a reliable and safe way home.”
