“Easy to book tickets online. Bus arrived on time (a little early) and driver was expecting us. Quick journey, friendly driver. Only downside was that the bus was very hot and humid. It was a warm day but even very early in the morning it was uncomfortably hot. Air con would have been appreciated”

“The service was perfect and the booking via the website was very easy, intuitive and comfortable. We nearly could "roll" into the hotel from the bus. The quick decision booking just before taking the bus back did work without problems too. Would use Aircoach once going Dublin or Belfast again”

“There was no access to toilets on the 4-hour trip from Dublin to Derry, but more concerningly there was a problem with the bus. Between Belfast and Derry, it lost power on a hill and, after that, there was an issue with road-holding. While the driver slowed down for the rest of the trip, it felt as if there was no control on the corners, to the extent that I'm sure that if he had to brake he would have lost control of the vehicle, resulting in an accident. Whether most of the passengers are not drivers themselves and so couldn't feel the danger we were in, I don't know, but I was terrified. Not a good experience and I dread the trip back.”

“As a frequent use of the airporter (using this service every 6 weeks), I strongly feel the airporter was a better service as it was more frequent. The issue now is that if you land or are aiming to get a flight, the times of the buses are less frequent and it is ultimately less efficient. I feel very strongly that the frequency of the airporter buses were far more convenient.”

“There appears to be no co-ordination between plane arrivals and Aircoach arrivals at the airport. I waited 2 hours for a coach at Belfast International ( June '23). Not good enough Aircoach.”
