“This was the first time I used the service (Cork to Dub Airport Rtn). The first trip was on a very comfortable coach with a very professional driver who made very clear announcements at the start of the journey and drove extremely safely. The return trip was on an older less comfortable coach. The driver was very pleasant though didn't make announcement re seatbelt use. He listened to a current affairs prog on the radio which I can understand helps the tedium for him as a driver but I found it quite annoying as a passenger. I think after an overnight flight from the US a silent journey is preferable. All in all I am very impressed with the service and the quality of the driving and I will definitely use Aircoach again.”

“Drivers are rude and very unhelpful to tourists which breaks my heart to see. Communication re stops is also poor. The service is overpriced and the system of queuing at T1 can be crazy. Aircoach, you need to up your game.”

“Mu friend and I were extremely satisfied with Air Coach, they were on time, reliable, helpful and the drivers were extremely helpful and pleasant. The coach was comfortable and the journey was pleasant, even the stop at the Airport was quick and the passengers and their luggage seated with ease. In all a very pleasant experience and one I would take again.”

“Booked a bus for 1:25am and the bus wasn't there at 1:25am, when asked about it the guy on service that night was very rude also. Not much else to say. Horrible service!!”

“Efficient, on-time, Coach was comfortable and drivers were sound. I was surprised that coach from dublin airport had to go all the way into Dublin city before going to Cork, added 30-40 min to my journey. Consider going the other way, in general people picked up at the airport are at the end of a long journey and only want to get home.”

“The coach is very comfortable and the drivers very helpful. A great way to travel to the airport and regular enough. My flight was delayed coming home, but was able to get onto the next bus, ticket still valid.”
