“The driver was very helpful (first made sure nobody was waiting at the wrong bus stop at Belfast International, i.e. where Airporter had been) and was very polite while trying to explain to a difficult passenger whose phone had died that she had to wait until all other passengers had boarded before he would allow her on. On the negative side, the quality of the buses was not so great, on both legs the seats were not very comfortable, on one bus I had to move seats a few times to find one that didn't wobble, and the cleanliness wasn't great. Also, the bus's engine seemed to be having trouble at times, making disconcerting noises. Overall though, the price was much better than it had been with Airporter”

“I was left standing in Dublin airport for 2 hours at 3 in the morning because the bus never came. The live timetable said that 2 bus should have arrived and when I asked aircoach drivers they also said it would arrive. It never came”

We apologize that you were left waiting for two hours in Dublin Airport at 3 in the morning as two buses should have arrived. “Tried to buy a ticket at the booth, but the person in charge said the journey was fully booked. I went on to buy a ticket online and in the coach, there were still free seats.”
