“Excellent service - welcomed on board by name by the driver (I had pre booked). Very easy to prebook, great service overall except it would be great if you could provide a later & more regular service from and to greystones!!!”

“The service itself was pretty good. Friendly drivers, fast and easy airport transfer. I had to deduct one star though, since a delayed ride back to the airport almost made me miss my flight. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this service”

“Service from Dun Laoghaire has been reduced so now runs every two hours and takes an hour as the route/# of stops has increased. On the last occasion, the bus arrived 25 minutes after the advertised time. This happened on my previous trip too, so time to change the transport provider. Next time I plan to take the Dart to Tara Street and then the Dublin Express as it's as quick but more importantly, it's punctual. It goes without saying that if you are travelling to the airport then the service needs to be frequent and reliable. Aircoach is neither.”

We understand that when you are travelling to the airport the reliability and frequency of the service is paramount and that Aircoach has not been offering this. We value your opinion immensely and would like to get more details on how the service has been running and what we can do to make it better. “The driver was very friendly and helpful. It also helped to have paid the extra for a flexible return ticket! I got a seat on an earlier bus with no problem.”

“Coach was delayed by 15mins but there was no update on new expected arrival time. Myself & other passengers were left wondering if the coach had been cancelled, had broken down or if it was still in its way. It was a very frustrating and worrying time, wondering if we needed to find alternative transport. Aircoach needs to find a way to get passengers uptodate with current arrival time, it is not good enough to simply publish the expected arrival time of a coach.”

“V good service - i would like to see more buses from dublin airport to cork and other cities after midnight 😊 air coach sends buses to dublin airport on the hour - why do they not offer return buses from 12 midnight to 7 am !?”

“The driver was lovely and the journey was quick with no issues but it was a horrific time due to the heat on the bus with no air con or even open windows. My little girl was soaked (her head and back) from sweating.”

“Hi There, I traveled on the 11.00pm Aircoach from Cork To Dublin Airport Terminal 2 on the 1st of July 2023 and I found that the gentleman that was driving that night was rude and very impatient with a lot of the customers, in particular an Asian lady that was traveling alone with a very young child. I returned on the Aircoach leaving Dublin Airport Terminal 1 for Cork on the 4th of July at 19.35. This was an excellent experience. Firstly there was a young girl and lad working on the booth at Terminal 1, they could not have been more helpful, as I had booked the 20.35 Coach but they were able to put me on the Coach an hour earlier. Then when I got on this Coach the Driver was extremely nice and helpful, and very well presented. I sat directly behind him and he greeted each of the travellers with courtesy and enthusiasm. I could not recommend him highly enough. Based on my experience on my second trip with Aircoach I would definitely recommend the service, highly, and will be traveling with Aircoach again. “Absolutely appalling service. The last bus to Bray is at 8 o'clock??? I actually thought this was a joke when I was told. This is called a service? Extremely rude and unhelpful driver. Was mortified by what tourists were contending with trying to figure out where to go and how.. The idea of making people pay in advance for tickets dependent on flights being on time is absurd. The aircoach was once a functioning service that helped fill the gap missing with proper public transport facilities to and from the airport. It is now a national embarassment.”

We apologize for the last bus to Bray at 8 o'clock being an inconvenience to you, as well as for the rude and unhelpful driver. It is unacceptable that tourists who were visiting our country had to go through such an ordeal. We are extremely disappointed to hear that Aircoach is no longer the functioning service it used to be. We'd like to gain an understanding of how we can make things better for you. “Have used the Coach many times and enjoyed it but last time was troublesome and at times scary. With no notice we had to change coaches. The second driver locked the door and laid down the rules about what was or wasn’t happening on the trip. Half way through our journey the driver simply stopped on an on ramp and said bye, driver change. A couple of minutes later a guy turned up, didn’t say a word, dropped into the drivers seat and off we went. We are now rethinking if we’ll ever use the service again.”
