“While the efficiency of the service is very good the experience on the ground at Dublin Airport leaves a lot to be desired. The organization of the stands, the queuing and the arranging for luggage loading are poor. Some help is required to negotiate the role of ticket issuer to driver at this point which would improve the service.”

“Our coach, scheduled to leave Killiney at 10:55 on July 10, left a few minutes early and left booked passengers behind. That is so stressful for this passengers. I hope the driver is told not to do that again”

“€80 for 5 people and took 2 hours to gey from Greystones to the airport. Wouldn't encourage anyone to not bring their car to the airport”

“Easy to book online or pay in person. Buses are always on time. The seating onboard is comfortable, plenty of space for luggage underneath. Drivers are always professional.”

“Aircoach was scheduled to pick us up at 3:07pm from our stop. Bus arrived 45 mins late with no explanation, causing us to be extremely rushed at the airport to make our flight. Restroom was locked on the bus, my wife needed to use it urgently and had to wait until we got to the airport.”

“Our journey to the airport was with a very unfriendly driver. Our journey from the airport two weeks later was with a driver who didn't stop at our stop - there was no bell to ring and we were sitting at the back of the bus so couldn't walk down to him as bus was moving.”
