For longer journeys, Dublin to Belfast, the installation of a toilet, or a toilet stop, would be very beneficial. Especially for children!

Cramped. Toilets not working. Door wouldn’t open. Too cold. Then too hot.

I said that my experience on Aircoach was acceptable because you should review what a journey is like on a comparable Intercity bus in New Zealand. The difference is like "night' and "day'. On a fairly recent trip to New Zealand I paid $455 N.Z. for 60 hrs. intercity travel with amazing bus drivers who connected with their passengers, were courteous, loaded and organized the luggage for the convenience of their passengers, knew their country, geological and historic facts and were proud to have the job of taking tourists around their beautiful country. Ireland deserves better than the service which you provide. I hope that this is helpfull. Rosemary Hopkinson.

Only been using it the last 3 weeks or so. No bad experiences with drivers and the bus is very comfortable. However it always tends to be late; around 15/20 minutes late

Didn’t leave on time. Went through Dublin City ..ONE person got on board so why not direct to Cork to facilitate Cork passengers due to closure of Cork airport ?

Generally the coaches are fine, but waiting times are too long especially at rush-hour. Seems that there are insufficient coaches available.

It was not possibile to find out were exactly the stato was, not on your website nor on the street itself. No map and not Evan a sign on the stop, absolutely NOTHING. This is unacceptable. I had to run up and down, and stop the driver on the street…. No words. For the rest everything ok, but not enough.

I used the coach on 2 journeys and one was great my kids were occupied on their tablets as there was wifi in the bus. Return journey no wife and the little ones were a bit disappointed.

The journey and process were fine but you charged me €6.99 for a Fast Track security pass. This no longer exists and hasn’t done for sometime according to security staff. You need to get with the current program.

The aircoach was fine but there was easily 20 people on the bus not wearing a mask and the driver didn't interject

Driver’s check in device did not work. So long queues. Quite some confusion who could get on the bus regarding departure times. One girl was on the wrong bus. Driver sorted it at the airport. Driver was excellent.

It was Kearney’s not an air coach, no explanation. Very cramped and no facilities as advertised! Not suitable for the older passengers if your luggage got pushed right to the back of underneath of bus.

The service was good. The driver excellent. However he has a lot to contend with on the Quays, Dublin which took extra time. I was horrified to see people had their masks removed on the journey. I don't expect the driver to be responsible buy aircoach needs to figure a way to keep all passengers safe

Bus driver took too many unbooked passengers at Dublin Airport so that 3 booked passengers at Dublin city didn’t have a seat! It must be possible for the bus driver to quickly check how many bookings he has and then know how many non-bookings he can take with him :-)

The radio is always too loud and the air conditioning too cold. Apart from that most of the time it is ok.

The location where the coaches pick up and drop off passengers is different than what is listed on the information boards within the airport terminal. When we reached the spot that had been listed there was a handwritten sign telling us about the move. It was not informative. It would be advisable to update information for passengers who traveled overnight with lots of luggage. The coach was very noisy. There was either a broken escape hatch on a window or the luggage shelf was loose. I couldn't figure out what was rattling but it was loud and rattled all the way from Dublin to Cork. Other than that, the driver was friendly and got us to our destination safely - thank you.

The air coach was about 10 minutes late and the journey took over half an hour longer than the scheduled time, apart from that it was a great service
