Online system not so good - needs improvement. Bus service very good.

We took the aircoach from Dublin to Cork in late August. We surmised that our driver was south African - given his accent. He was most inapproriate to some of the passangers. We found him arrogant, agressive and some of his comments were unacceptable. We believe he needs to improve his communication skills significantly to stay in this job.

I love the aircoach service (When it's on time and running, I'm happy the 702 service is back). The Coach is comfy and kept in good nick, and the drivers are proffessional. Normally would have given the company a 4/5 if there wasn't issues with the Website and the app. on both it gives you to option to view you're ticket online however to simply put it neither works as intended. Either you get a 403 warning about no access to you're ticket information or it doesn't record the ticket information at all. Also the site requests you allow it to store your card details, this isn't the case. If they get the two above issues sorted I'd update this at a later date however considering I've fed this back in the past (precovid) I doubt this will be the case

I haven’t used the service yet but I will in the next week I find the timetable from Ballinasloe poor and is far worse than what we were used to as bad as it was. The last bus to Dublin from here is too early. 15 45 hrs. And my mother can’t use her free travel which she only got last year after years of working for her country!!! Disappointed customer .

Didn,t have a seat that could recline nor USBs at my seat. Footrest rested on the floor rendering it useless. The curtain holder was broken making me have to hold it open for 3 hours with my elbow and to top it of the bus was 15mins late due to the driver sitting for that time for no reason. The bus was clean however and the legroom at my seat was very good but for the most expensive bus option defentily wasn't worth it.

arrived on August 9th caught the bus from Dublin to cork bus. broke down near junction 15 outside Cork, bus driver just stopped the coach didn’t keep us informed at all until some people were getting off the bus to see what the problem was. Very rude bus driver.my sister had to come to the breakdown site with two small babies in tow to pick me up. Iv emailed the company a few times but to no avail no answer., also they didn’t follow the Covid rules told a stranger to sit next to me and as I’m asthmatic I felt very uncomfortable 😡same on the way back on Sunday 29th .everyone was rammed into seats no social distances at all .? Not good

I mean, as buses go it was fairly comfortable. However the driver was so rude and was almost treating us like we should be grateful for the spin. I am in a customer facing industry and I totally get that you can’t always be on form but this man was rude and Had zero patients. Like all in all it was a bus journey and it did the job, but that man needs a speaking too because it’s nice to be nice and all. Sorry for a little negativity.

I got a bus from Dublin Airport at 7.30pm. on Sun.13th.Aug. The bus was very cold (in temperature) and I asked the bus driver if he could turn on/ up the heating and he said he couldn’t as it was pre-set and he had no control over it. Hence I and many others had a very cold journey to Cork. I had travelled to Dublin on the previous Thursday at 2pm. and I could feel the heat from the side vents on that journey. Can you explain why one daytime bus has heating but an evening bus does not and why it cannot be controlled by driver of the bus. Your punctuality was very good.

On my return journey my bus broke down I know it couldn’t be helped but others on the coach were worried about missing their on ward journey the driver was just so nice and apologetic x

Not happy that it costs 25% more to get off earlier. Aircoach to Dublin 20 euros. Getting off earlier at Airport is 25 euros. This is completely unjustifiable.

The service is efficient and comfortable, but the coach stank of diesel fumes to the point of feeling sick and having to move seats on two occasions. For three hours on the way to Cork, passengers had to listen to Q102 and Today FM blasting from the driver's radio, and on the way back passengers had to listen to the Cork-Limerick GAA match. This is supposed to be a professional service? Both drivers also broke the 30kmph speed limit the entire way along the Liffey quays. I will not use Aircoach again.

Too busy, heating was on, on a warm day. Driver was if not grumpy was actively unfriendly. The COVID distancing was useless As a comparison I was on Wexford coach from Dublin airport last week and was absolutely excellent.

Driver was great. Bus was good. Unfortunately, lots of passengers believe that they can travel without a face mask… This is ridiculous.

The coaches were fine and on time both ways Dublin to Belfast. I was glad I booked in advance as several people were turned away. However I paid a euro extra to have a flexible ticket and when I tried to change to an earlier coach, it asked me to log into my account. I hadn't set up an account, but the ticket had been sent to my email address, which they didn't recognise. So I had to stick to my original booking - more than a bit annoying.

The bus was around 20 minutes late. Additionally the bus was meant to drop us off at Terminal 1, as written on the website but only stopped at Terminal 2 and we had to walk through the long tunnel, which is not ideal when the bus already arrived late. Nevertheless, the price is extremely good and acceptable, it was easy to book. The bus was clean and the driver was friendly.

The Bus from Dublin Airport to Cork is one of the only options for people landing in Dublin who need to go to Cork. Unfortunately going through Dublin city takes up so much time especially with the traffic. Sometimes the bus doesn’t even stop cause there are no passengers to pick up and goes through the city for no reason. It adds 30 minutes to 1 hour to the journey making it endless. Suggestion: make two separate services, one from Dublin city to Cork and one from the airport to Cork with no city route.

Hi, The coach was fine. However, many people were not wearing masks, strangers were sitting beside each other, and there was no seat allocation.

There were Roma gypsies on my bus from Dublin airport and they took off their masks and were talking across the bus. It made people uncomfortable and I ended up having to tell them to put their masks back on. The bus driver had no idea. I would prefer if the bus driver reminded people over intercom to keep their masks on.

The bus was over air conditioned and when I politely asked the driver to reduce the air conditioning (I was two rows back), he was rude and told me he couldn't take his eyes off the road (a little theatrical) and would talk to me later. Another person from the back of the bus also called out "it's freezing". While he did extend his hand to change the AC, it was still cold.
