I was warm inside. And with the mask on it’s difficult to breath. Some fresh air would be nice.

Missing the Cork Dublin EXPRESS journey I hope it gets sorted once the actual pandemic emergency gets under control.

Usually a very comfortable journey but on a recent late commute from Dublin to Cork, the aircon was on throughout the whole coach and it was very cold.

The trip itself was good and the driver was nice. The only problem is that my partner and I were the two of the few people wearing face coverings for the whole trip. The majority of people took of their masks immediately or shortly after the bus took off, and the worse part is that no one did anything about it.

I appreciate the strain on you, I really do. During my trip I was very tense due to a young couple sitting on the same row as me that did not keep the mask on for >80% of the trip. Appreciate it is hard for your personnel to monitor, and perhaps is beyond their scope. Medical grade masks should be required to board, like it is on airplanes. The on-bus display could be used to remind that masks are mandatory at all times (aside from short eating/drinking breaks). As you allow up to 12 passengers, I suggest you place the blocks so that people not travelling together do not sit on the same row. Access to wider room seats in the front was blocked, it shouldn't be. Some people may not display an evident need for further space, and it is uncomfortable to have to explain. Wider seats should be available to the general public. The driver did not wear a mask for the whole duration. While I appreciate it is very uncomfortable, it is acceptable if the drivers have a weekly PCR test, and the measure is documented on your website. It's hard times and you need to balance costs and profits, I think everyone understands that, so I acknowledge the efforts you already put in (like the screen separating driver from passengers). On-boarding may be optimised by allowing QR scan vs displaying booking ref to the driver. Timekeeping was excellent, as usual. Thank you for your service, it is extremely valuable to me (as I expect it it to most of the people who do not live in Dublin and have pressing need to travel in these times).

The wifi network wasn't strong enough and I couldn't use it. Also, there was no water to wash my hands after using the toilet in the bus

Arrived on time. I felt cold until the heating came on. Heating became excessive & uncomfortably hot. This feedback review appears to relate to parcel delivery!

The screen was on during the whole night trip. Maybe be turn off the screen so we can enjoy being in the dark.

The bus driver didn't wear a mask on the journey which caused some stress considering we were on a but for 3.5 hours. We were dropped outside terminal 2 in the rain though the only operational terminal at Dublin airport is terminal 1 and were told we had to make our way on foot. Otherwise the journey was on time.

Good service and punctual. Cork 8am service had no heat at all. Driver alerted an hour out of Dublin. But he could not rectify. Very cold trip.

There isn't much legroom. I also dislike Aircoach forcing passengers to wear masks on its buses. This makes the journey even more uncomfortable. On the positive side, the bus was clean and left and arrived on time.

Good service. However standing out in the rain and cold at Cork waiting for embarkation is Third World experience. Worse...there I usually have nice weather. Rural bus-stops provide more shelter than this national service, especially as many international travelers must be left wondering as to the state of economic affairs in the country if basic rain shelters cannot be provided. My car port is far superior.

My last trip was in December/January 2020-2021, during the COVID pandemic. The driver was nice, the bus seats very comfortable, and the bus was arriving to destination early. There was USB ports to charge the phone, and the trip was pleasant. The distance was manteined having 2 people each row in the bus separated by 2 seats in between. There was no separation between rows and there were people in the bus without mask. There was no contact tracing because of location in the bus. Those are the reasons why I give a lower score, because the rest was fine. Because of the virus I got very stressed to the destination as I felt that more could have been done.

There is one driver at 5:00 am in the morning... and he didn’t stop in city centre . The bus is from cork... and when I ask him, where he gonna stop, in town he said to me why I didn’t stand or come near to him... 🙄🙄he so rude, he should be full stop before I stand.?

Wearing of masks not enforced, many people took off mask at beginning of journey and spent the full journey without wearing one
