In the past month I took the aircoach to and from Belfast three times. The journey was always comfortable and punctual. However, on one occasion we bough a flexi ticket however because it was the weekend we were unable to call the office to change the time of our departure. When we arrived at the stop the bus driver said we were only allowed on if other people do not show up and there's space. Thankfully there was space on the bus and we got on however it should be clearly stated when buying a flexi pass that there is no option to change bus times on weekends due to closure of the office, or else do not allow the option to buy a flexi pass on weekends.

The trip was generally fine, but there was at least one passenger who did not wear their mask - in fact the driver had to give them a mask when they arrived to buy their ticket to Dublin. Another walked around with her mask off all the time. This made me feel very uncomfortable.

The bus was on time, person in front reclined seat ( no need for these seats on a coach) Almost no one wore mask but driver didn't seem to care. Bus was also extremely hot. I prefer the Translink service

Good service, punctual and easy reservations system. However Aircoach should realise that if passengers wish to listen to the radio or music they will bring their own headphones. Being forced to listen to Joe Duffy over the coach speakers was not pleasant having been travelling since 5am. In fact it was highly irritating.

The service on journey terms is all good, however, if you book a non flexi ticket and need to change this to a flexi ticket there is no option to change this online or via customer service. Sometimes things happen in people lives and this need to change, so this is very unhelpful.

Aircoach is very efficient service and drops you right into the heart of Dublin. I just have one issue on this occasion. There was no window open in the bus on the journey up or down and I couldn't open my window(no such option). I just think that this is not good in current pandemic. Fresh air gets rid of Covid.

The trip from Cork to Dublin airport was fine but the coach (14.00 from Cork) only went to Terminal 2 and I had to drag a large suitcase to Terminal 1, which was very difficult since I am elderly. That is unsatisfactory and seems to make no logical sense - if it is acceptable to drop passengers at T2 why would it not be possible to drop off at T1 as well? So this is not a service I would use again, or recommend to anyone else.

Announcement should be made at any station where passengers are expected to change train. All change ,!all change during weekends service once their is rail repairs going on. Room for improvement

On a few of my trips some of the buses were dirty especially the toilets. It made the journey very horrible cause the toilet was smelling the whole way and it was a 3 hour journey from Cork to Dublin. Clean toilets and more charging pods would be very nice.

The fact that the ticket belfast- Dublin is cheaper than the belfast-dublin airport one does not make sense and honestly it made me kind of mad how people who have no choice but get the one to the airport get ripped off

Service is very good but two points. (1) Couldn’t figure out to change booking date due to cancelled flight on return leg. Only allows it seems for same day as return. (2) Every time WIFI is absolutely dreadful onboard. Seriously poor wifi

Great booking and punctuality But concerned about attitude to covid. Make us wear masks, not a major issue but on a 2.5 hour journey with no ventilation not going to give any benefit Understand your vehicles don’t have passenger windows that can be opened, but could consider converting emergency exits on roof to be openable and create ventilation. With the spacing this would make the journey a lot safer
