“Excellent service with a very kind driver. You don't get 5 stars because the bus crawled through Bray. This is obviously normal for the route as we were on time. It is third world & Aircoach should have made forceful representations to Dept Transport. It would not be rocket science to alter traffic signals so that traffic flow on the main road is given priority over joining roads. Truly shocking.”

“Seat behind driver which I sat in was partly declined and won't straighten to any adjustment I not use seat next to it it has some horrible black stuff stained on seat otherwise I given 5 stars . Plenty other seats yes but leg room is tight n painful .”

“The bus driver was very very friendly and accommodating. The bus was only 3 mins late, which is fine. The ticket price in my opinion is a bit too expensive.”

“Service from drivers was excellent. The buses are in good condition. The mark down is due to the frequency to greystones. If it was every hour that would be a significant improvement”

“Air coach from Belfast to Dublin Airport was excellent, well sign posted and great journey. The trip back was Dublin to Belfast ( just the bus stand, it was not a pleasant experience) But the ride to Belfast was excellent.”

“Coach was 30 minutes late but made good time on the way to Dublin and arrived at the airport 20 minutes late. But it wasn't the bus drivers fault traffic was just very busy in Galway city that day.”

“It is good because when I was traveling, the drivers were really nice. It was alright, but at the same time, I have the feeling it is a bit too tight. A little bit more space between the seats (front and back) would sometimes not be too bad. The other thing which would be nice is, that if you are booking online, you could also book a seat. On some buses, in the UK I was able to do so and booked two because I did not want to end up next to a guy I do not know. I have had not too-nice experiences with some guys in the past (not on the bus, but still I feel uncomfortable next to men I do not know, because of this bad experience). This would be really nice and yes, I would pay a bit more, if it would be possible. Further than that you do an awesome job. At least I had always had good experiences with it.”
