“Does what it says on the tin! Gets you from A to B without hassle. Belfast route more crowded now because it comes from and goes on to Derry/Londonderry, but still room on the coach. Wifi could be better although it doesn't matter to me as I use my own 4G. My one (new) gripe is I don't like you now charging extra to confirm seat on next coach. Planes can be delayed so think the same fare should apply if your customers miss their paid-for bus and have to get the next one. It is an airport service after all.”

“I had read a few bad reviews online about Aircoach following the change from the Airporter but I was pleasantly surprised by the good service I received. The coach arrived on time, the driver was very friendly and helpful, the journey was comfortable and we arrived early at our destination. It is a shame that the timetable doesn't run as often as before, but hopefully this will be resolved if the number of people using it increases. It would have been helpful for the driver to call out where we were when he stopped at Drumahoe. It was dark and I hadn't used this stop before so I wasn't sure if we had arrived.”

“The service was very good overall however a bit of confusion at the airport purchasing ticket due to crowding on the footpath outside the terminal building.Not the fault of the ticket operator who was very helpful .”

“Journey was nice and fast, i was comfortable. It was quite cold at the bus stop so i waited inside the bus station which makes it hard to know when it gets there cause it does not show on the screens.”

“Perfect ! The bus runs regularly and the numerous stops allow you to reach the strategic points of the city easily. The only drawback to the payment options is that you will need to have extra money if you pay in cash.”

“I had a very pleasant journey. However, there is no student ticket option on the journey from either Stillorgan or Blackrock to Dublin airport or vice Versa. It appears student tickets are only available on longer journeys. This is frustrating as I am a 24 year old full-time student, with a student leap card, but unable to avail of the reduced price ticket for younger travellers (up to 23 years of age). Could you please consider including a student price for all destinations as paying the full price ticket can be costly to older full-time students. Thanks in advance!”

“On the day, there was a delay of 25 minutes and no shelter at the bus stop. No real time information about delay at the bus stop. Driver was very nice and helpful with luggage, he gave clear information.”
