“We waited from 4:30pm for the 6:25pm return bus leaving Dublin Airport on Saturday March 25th. We arrived in Athlone at 8:35pm. So it took 4 hours to get to our destination. If there are no other options next time I am arriving around that time I will be using my car instead it took so long to get to our destination.”

“As a very frequent user (at least every 2 weeks ) of the previous service , I am disappointed in the new service , less flexibility , time table isn’t reflective with flight times , creating long waits . No longer a service to Belfast city airport which is also very disappointing . On 4 occasions already I’ ve made alternative arrangements. The service I did receive was very good the coach is standard clean and basic . Driver was pleasant . Arrived on time .”
