“It's good and comfortable”

“Looking at your timetable & prices, I think I will be staying loyal to Translink. I live in Derry. The X3 & X4 are more direct and have a promotional fare when booked in advance. I also fail to understand why passengers from Derry on the 3:05am Service can't alight at Glengall Street to catch a local bus to the Stena Line ferry terminal. In short, I don't believe you serve the needs of local people and aren't fit for purpose.”

“Aircoach service was on time for both pick-up and drop-off. Bus was clean and comfortable. Driver was quiet but helpful. The only things that could have been improved were a little more clarity with regards to the pick-up location in the confirmation email and if an announcement could be made as to which Terminal is being approached at the airport, both of those would be helpful changes. These are rather trivial though as we figured everything out. Otherwise, everything was great and as advertised. Would use the service again.”

“The service is very good, but Greystones-Airport service once in two hours is frustrating, it should be run once an hours as before. My flight was delayed a bit and I missed my bus by 5 min, the next one was in 2hrs and I was stuck at the airport with a small kid for another 2hrs!”

“The use of the Aircoach is good, mainly for being reliable and on time. However, it is cold on the coach as legs and feet become cold. Also, supervision would be beneficial over the luggage. There is not adequate security for the luggage.”

“Service is usually really reliable and convenient for travelling. Buses are punctual and comfortable. There has been numerous times were we have however seen people been refused tickets as they haven't booked online even though there are available seats throughout the journey perhaps something to consider for future journeys and those who are unable to pre-book due to accessibility or perhaps travel arrangements.”

“I slept throughout the entire trip so good enough. However the bus tracking feature wasn’t working on my bus to Dublin so I was freezing by melded at 2:30am on some random bus stop”

“Bus was clean but arrived 10 minutes late. The traffic was bad and the driver drove through many traffic lights as they turned to red.”
