“It has been years since I travelled via bus so was a little apprehensive. Apart from having to stand in the rain for 7 mins waiting to board, due to someone’s pass having expired and them refusing to get to the back of the queue, the actual trip was good. I would consider this a viable travel option in the future.”

“Frequency of coach us fine. Staff not particularly friendly and some have poor English skills such us bad for communication with passengers and creates a poor impression. Seems there is often no staff presence at Dublin terminal -- which is also bad for communication with passengers who are unfamiliar with Dublin and other destinations.”

“Bus was a little late and the driver did not assist with placing bags under the bus so it was unorganized and chaotic trying to get to bags and get them out. Overall, they got me to the airport and to my flight on time so I gave a rating of 4/5”

“Aircoach delivers very good services to we customers and their drivers are good. Please I’m using this opportunity to claim my lost property. On Friday the 10-03-23 in the morning second bus I boarded Aircoach bus from Belfast int. airport to Dublin City central but at Belfast we were transferred to another Aircoach bus, at this I left my android phone in the bus that took me from Belfast int. airport, I was at Dublin Airport before I could remember I told the driver, he said if the driver found it my phone is safe. Please how can I get my phone back this is my email address davidoyedele77@gmail.com thanks”

“Aircoach has a straight forward on line ticket purchasing method that is easily understood and efficient. The coach was clean and the seating comfortable. The coach also made good time and arrived on schedule as stated on their timetable. I found the price of my trip to be very fair and competitive.”

“First time taking AIrcoach from Dublin to Belfast. The bus didn't arrive until the last minute and I got worried thinking maybe I missed it. Other than that, no trouble, no worry. Enjoyed my trip. Thank you!”
