“Air coach from Belfast to Dublin Airport was excellent, well sign posted and great journey. The trip back was Dublin to Belfast ( just the bus stand, it was not a pleasant experience) But the ride to Belfast was excellent.”

“Coach was 30 minutes late but made good time on the way to Dublin and arrived at the airport 20 minutes late. But it wasn't the bus drivers fault traffic was just very busy in Galway city that day.”

“It is good because when I was traveling, the drivers were really nice. It was alright, but at the same time, I have the feeling it is a bit too tight. A little bit more space between the seats (front and back) would sometimes not be too bad. The other thing which would be nice is, that if you are booking online, you could also book a seat. On some buses, in the UK I was able to do so and booked two because I did not want to end up next to a guy I do not know. I have had not too-nice experiences with some guys in the past (not on the bus, but still I feel uncomfortable next to men I do not know, because of this bad experience). This would be really nice and yes, I would pay a bit more, if it would be possible. Further than that you do an awesome job. At least I had always had good experiences with it.”

“Driver accomodating and pleasant. Disappointed that coach doesn't stop at Altnagelvin stop. That was a very handy stop for me as I live quite near.”

“The staff - drivers and coordinators assisting them are always friendly with a great attitude towards the client. So 10 points for that. I have to score you down for technical things such as air-conditioning - it is always either freezing or so hot that should placed on the heating panel starts melding and the foot boils. So please focus on that. Thanks”

“Covered waiting area at Dublin airport could be better The escape door on the coach down from Dublin was not airtight which led to an uncomfortable draught The sudden braking at the Port tunnel when we think the coach crashed through the crash barrier could have been apologised for. 00:30 from Airport on Monday 6th”

“Aircoach is good. It's not always exactly on time - but there and thereabouts. The best thing about it is that you can track it, although tracking does not work occasionally. But so far, the experience has been good. They have always turned up and the drivers are super courteous. In fact, they are the best thing about Aircoach.”

“It was my first time using the Aircoach service cork to Dublin airport. It was a very prompt service. I arrived in plenty of time for a long haul flight. The drivers were very efficient. However I used the same service 2 weeks later Dublin to Cork. Having come from New Zealand. The service was on time. Very efficient also. Good value but I was never SO COLD.The coach was so uncomfortable for the whole journey. This was Tuesday 28th Feb midday coach. I would recommend this service. But please wear layers of clothing.”
