“Really comfortable. Pity it only goes every 2 hours. A bit priey.”

“The Aircoach is a super service, but disappointed there is not a more frequent service. We missed the last 8pm aircoach to Greystones as our flight was delayed. Everyone I know miss the old more frequent service pre pandemic. The demand will surely be there in the Summer months to justify a few extra coaches, hopefully.”

“Great service comfortable & on time. Only improvement I can suggest which would have made my return so much less anxious is if you had just an ‘Aircoach’ sign on Aston Quay for the dub-cork route (not just a number). Not easy find the number in the dark on my phone.”

“Good service, quick and efficient. Internet was a bit dodgy! I had a flexi ticket and it says you have to rebook an hour before your booked trip, how can you when you don't know if you will make it or not ? You could be in a plane or at baggage carousel and with minutes to get it as I was. Makes no sense to the customer!”

“On time departure from Dublin airport zone 2 which is very close to arrivals. Leg room space is also good and clean and tidy buses”

“Drivers were great, departure times numerous and regular, and rides were convenient, efficient, and safe. Highly recommend! The only reason I docked a star is because the WiFi didn’t work properly on either bus/route I recently took, forcing me to turn on data roaming.”

“Good reliable service Dublin city to Belfast and back to Dublin airport. Drivers very helpful and patient with passengers. Seats on blue coach not very comfortable, better on the white one.”

“Generally a great service. However the drivers don't seem to understand how to set the temperature. I'm on the 10:30 bus from Dublin to Cork and its like a sauna in here. Having first doble-checked with some fellow passengers, I went up to the driver and asked if he could adjust the temp. I noticed on his dashboard that it was set to 28 degrees! He made some adjustments and we felt some cold air come through, but only for a while and it is now as hot as ever. I don't want to ask him again. The heater vent under my seat is red hot. Only an hour left to go thank God.”

“Great service, very busy bus glad I booked in advanced. Missed my bus home by minutes due to flight delay, had to pay again as flexi ticket only gives an hour window to change bus.”

With summer approaching and temperatures rising, our drivers will ensure that the aircon is switched on. If not, certainly ask the driver to switch it on and he/she will be happy to do so.
