“The busses were clean and comfortable. I didn't give five stars because it was near impossible to book tickets online. It always said that the busses were full but we could buy tickets with the bus driver and the busses were nowhere near full.”

We apologize for the difficulty in booking the tickets online and the fact that the busses were not nearly full despite being stated otherwise. “Efficient start and finish times. Appreciated flexibility to enable us to catch an earlier bus than booked. Good driving by all drivers. Suggest formal toilet breaks be included and passengers advised of these. When drivers change ensure new driver knows to wait for people taking toilet break.”

“A full five stars for the coach itself & the very comfortable flawless journey from Dublin to Belfast. A star is lost however due to the chaotic boarding when the coach arrived which meant that family groups at the front of the queue were actually boarded last which meant they were unable to sit together. We were in the middle so boarding the wrong way round didn't affect us but others were justifiably upset.”

“Great service but as senior citizens with fre travel we think it’s very unfair to charge us a booking fee. When we book mainline trains buses etc we are not charged a booking fee. Otherwise it is an excellent service. Would be even better if the Greystones bus ran every hour rather than every two hours”

“9:00 am 700 coach from Dublin T2 never arrived and the 9:25 coach meant we arrived late at UCD. Our return from UCD was late arriving and at one point was running up to 20 minutes behind schedule so a worry of making our connection on time.”

“very good service at reasonable prices,however the driver didn't offer to assist older people with luggage where it's stored in the luggage compartment, I had to assist a number of passengers.”

“Overall, an excellent service. However, the coach was approximately 10 minutes late. It would be helpful if at each stop there was a panel that would provide an update on the expected arrival of the next coach, or if booked passengers could be informed by a text message of the expected arrival of the coach at their pick-up stop.”
