“Aircoach is quite a good bookable service but the accommodation for legs and the baggage rack is cramped.”

“A full five stars for the coach itself & the very comfortable flawless journey from Dublin to Belfast. A star is lost however due to the chaotic boarding when the coach arrived which meant that family groups at the front of the queue were actually boarded last which meant they were unable to sit together. We were in the middle so boarding the wrong way round didn't affect us but others were justifiably upset.”

“Great service but as senior citizens with fre travel we think it’s very unfair to charge us a booking fee. When we book mainline trains buses etc we are not charged a booking fee. Otherwise it is an excellent service. Would be even better if the Greystones bus ran every hour rather than every two hours”

“9:00 am 700 coach from Dublin T2 never arrived and the 9:25 coach meant we arrived late at UCD. Our return from UCD was late arriving and at one point was running up to 20 minutes behind schedule so a worry of making our connection on time.”

“very good service at reasonable prices,however the driver didn't offer to assist older people with luggage where it's stored in the luggage compartment, I had to assist a number of passengers.”

“Overall, an excellent service. However, the coach was approximately 10 minutes late. It would be helpful if at each stop there was a panel that would provide an update on the expected arrival of the next coach, or if booked passengers could be informed by a text message of the expected arrival of the coach at their pick-up stop.”

“Trip was reasonably priced from Athlone to Dublin airport- no extra charges for luggage. Arrived a few minutes late in Athlone but made up time. Bus was warm and clean and comfortable with charging points for phone and laptop.”

“Nice chilled journey through beautiful scenery. Friendly drivers and more or less on time. Maybe could be a bit cheaper. I will still use again though when I come back to Ireland.”

“Bus was more or less on time, if prone to motion sickness recommend taking precautions, also bring layers as the temperature varied from hot to cold and back again!”
