“Really comfortable”

“We traveled on Aircoach twice in May. Both times the coach came on time and got us to our destination comfortably. My only note is that the drivers could have been more helpful removing our luggage from below. The bags had been pushed to the back, and he watched as I, an older person, had to climb way into the hold to retrieve our suitcases.”

“Great service from londonderry to dublin Airport but not so good on the way back got on bus at the terminal in dublin it went to the next terminal had to change buses then again at belfast”

“Good service , good coaches, friendly staff the morning we were going to airport. I just booked one way as I found the previous time we were returning wasn't suitable and this time wasn't suitable either”

“Service was good, however somewhat delayed (20 min) in part due to leaving late. The organisation at the airport terminal seemed convoluted as tickets were sold by the bus driver after arrival rather than the ticket agent in the booth before arrival.”

“Customer service was so helpful when I had to reschedule due to having Covid. Bus driver Belfast airport to Derry was brilliant. On the return, Derry to Belfast Airport, the driver avoided helping anybody stow their hold luggage which was especially noticeable considering there were only half a dozen of us boarding.”

“On line ticket booking was handy but confusing. I wanted to allow flexibility regarding the timing of the bus I would take in case I was late but the flexibility option meant downloading the app which I didn't want to do. So then I had to phone the helpline where I discovered that the ticket itself was flexible for 24hrs. Helpline customer service was very helpful. Bus journey was excellent and on time on arrival at the pick up point and at the destination. Lovely bus driver. The ticket machine was broken and he could not issue receipts. He was so charming and polite having to give the same information to passengers over and over again. He was old school and very professional.”

“I made a return trip to Belfast fron Dublin in a day and they are punctual and everything was ok. I bought thickets on line two days before and the price was cheaper than if I buy on the coach”
