“Good service when prebooked, a realtime app would be useful when there's delays or at the stop to have display showing when due. 703 could do with hourly service at peak times”

“The bus was late , the driver when stopped smoked cigarettes, before leaving Athlone and when he stopped in Dublin .”

“Unfortunately since Covid the majority of drives are now very rude, unhelpful and obviously hate their jobs and dealing with the public. If I had another means of transport to the airport I would take it.”

“The service was very good. The bus was meant to pick up us at Belfast international, coming from Derry, broke down and the staff at the bus stop organised a taxi for the three people were waiting for the bus, going to Belfast, allowing us to be on time for the bus going to Dublin airport”

“The bus arrived 25 minutes late and was overcrowded, so not all waiting passengers were taken. Accordingly, we also arrived at the airport with a long delay. The fellow passengers were therefore all very tense - not a nice experience!”

“I love the aircoach service. The quality of the buses are good, it's mostly on time and very reliable. I would like if the prices to the airport dropped as I think they are a little high. Great service overall and kudos to you for implementing such a good service that the government should be doing.”

“The coach that drove me from the airport was driven by a very unpleasant driver, rude and "in a rush". It was 11:40 pm or so, and he was flying through the streets, running a couple of red lights and making the ride very uncomfortable.”

“Service was good, driver was friendly, only issue we had was after drop off. We were unable to download the app for ordering a cab because we didn’t have an Irish phone number. We were told to walk down the street and call a cab, which didn’t work either bc we needed a mini bus for our luggage. We ended up walking a couple blocks until we found one ourselves, that could drop us at our hotel. Not ideal for tourists who are unfamiliar with the area.”
