“Hello, we were waiting for the coach which never came, I had paid the tickets in advance but we had to take another to go to the airport. I lost 12€. I sent an for a refund but no news for the moment.”

“The 700 service from Leopardstown is well located as a starting point with the LUAS connection. It now takes longer to make the journey to the airport than previously. The coach was clean and comfortable but communication regarding stops was absent and a large digital clock was showing four hours and a half ahead of correct time. I noted that the driver failed to assist any elderly passengers with luggage and was rather grumpy - not good PR. A few years back the drivers were much more pleasant and helpful. On departing the airport, there needs to be better communication about the stops and hotels for visitors, onscreen. Drivers shouting indistinctly do not help. I will never forget the driver with a heavy accent who used to yell SEX HOTEL (now the Hampton) leading to a bit of confusion!”

“The frequency (the service) is not what it was. In my last experience, coming in at Dublin Airport, I realised that you can't expect to get a connection give or take 15 minutes wait. You can't really depend on Aircoach now, I don't think. There was no person we could consult about questions we had. There was a stand but no person. She was there earlier but at 8pm there was no one. The driver of the bus that we finally managed to get, obviously, doesn't have much job satisfaction. Just stood there while we put in our bags and the same when we got off at our stop and had to get our bags from the hold. The service has gone downhill without a doubt. Pity. It was a great option.”

“All good except lady at stand told me to walk from terminal 2 to terminal 1 if I wanted to get an earlier bus. As bus was leaving terminal 2 in 12 minutes we wouldn’t have made it , not good public relations. Talked to the driver n he let us get on the bus”

“We arrived at 1 am just in time for the second last bus. I was informed that I must buy my tickets from a man in the kiosk. He said that he could only scan payments he said my cards and my wife's card were not working. The bus driver pulled off when this was happening. At least 3 other people were treated this way. I downloaded the app in order to buy tickets and got the 1.25. The driver on this bus was excellent really courteous calling out stops and being really helpful to passengers. There were no issue with my cards so obviously the kiosk guys apparatus is broken. I would really commend the driver on the last bus though great service”

“Very efficient service. Both drivers were very professional their buses were immaculate inside and out. Both getting into Belfast and getting into derry we’re early. Would recommend this service to anyone. 5 stars”

“Quick and Easy. The booking could be done online with a few clicks. It also secured us a seat on the bus, which only accepted pre-booked tickets at this point since it was around noon and very busy. The service was perfect for a quick transfer from Dublin to the airport.”

“Bus from Dublin Airport to Cork was comfortable, although the restroom could have used service. Bus from Cork back to Dublin a week later was more modern and extremely clean and fresh. A wonderful convenience.”

“Booked on line reasonably easy. Coach came to a bus stop right outside the hotel , although it was 8 minutes late which didn’t help as it was raining. Got to the airport 10 minutes later than s scheduled. Driver courteous, but restricted language barrier. All in all thanks for doing what you advertised.”
