“We pre booked, waited for an hour so far at St Stephen’s Green stop, with one service (only) in that time passing us by, fully booked! Now 5 passengers waiting with us in full sunlight, no seating . You can be assured we will negatively review in every possible forum”

“Great service, I am using it very often to travel to/from Dublin Airport. The drivers are very friendly and the bus is always very clean. I have contacted support once and they were very helpful as well.”

“Driver was lovely and the bus was comfortable but none of the charging ports were working. A lovely man let me use his portable charger as I needed to book a taxi from my destination.”

“The bus was late already from the airport. To my destination arrived about 25 minutes late. The biggest issue on the bus was a disgusting smell from the toilet. Every time someone opened the toilet door the smell made me sick. It was like vomits smell or even worse. To be clear it was not a smell that someone recently left in the toilet. It was a long term smell of not cleaned toiled.”

“- The frequency of busses is insufficient - every route should operate at least hourly - The routes should initiate to operate much earlier in the day in order to accommodate for early flights - The arrival time indicated on the website is heavily underestimated. Even though the bus was not stuck in traffic, the arrival was significantly later than indicated which means that the estimate is unrealistic. - The drivers don't always announce the next stop. The driver in this trip shouted names of the upcoming stop, but one could not really hear it clearly at the back of the bus. This is certainly not a driver's issue (his priority is to drive us safely), but rather an issue of poor infrastructure. The stop announcements should be automatic via the speaker. - I have no clue what delivery are you talking about in this questionnaire below. This was a shuttle bus and not a courier service.”

“Took a return bus from Dublin Airport to Dun Laoghaire. On the way out the woman driving the bus was fantastic, very helpful and friendly. A week later, on the way back, the man driving was the opposite! However the coaches were both clean and arrived and departed on time. Well done.”

“There was an unpleasant toilet smell on the coach and some terrible ‘ticky tacky’ ‘music’ that gave me a headache. The bus was on time but it was a very unpleasant experience”
