Dangerous driving on M50 on 11/07/23 at 4.15pm in the rain. Vehicle reg number 152D8648. Changing lanes without checking if lanes are clear and checking blind spots. Nearly collided into our car twice.

Very good service with excellent timing and comfort delivered. Was also able to get an earlier bus than had originally booked as there was availability at the time of boarding.

We traveled from Dublin to Belfast for holidays with our 2 children of age 3 years old and 4 months old. All went smoothly and the drivers were competent

Great service. My only critique is that I would like to see a more frequent service on the Greystones route. Every two hours can mean quite the wait in Arrivals if you just miss one. Leopardstown seems to be incredibly frequent by contrast!

when I went to get on the bus I asked the driver to assist me with my baggage.I'm 86 and 4'9" tall and 106 pounds. I thought that they would automatically do it. But he said Why and I said it was too heavy for me. He said if I couldn't lift it I should not travel. He proceeded to hackle me for several minutes asking me what was in my luggage. I said I'd do it said no he would. As I left the bus it again said if I couldn't lift I shouldn't travel Another man helped but my luggage was pushed to the very back of the bus and the man helping me had to crawl under the bus to retrieve my luggage. Not happy

Myself and my wife took the Aircoach on Sat, 24th June from Greystones start of route to the airport. Why does the starting point not be set back to where it used to be originally I.e. on the explanade at the side of the road where people can just hop in and wait till departure time instead of using the stop on the main road and be rushed to move in? The buses are getting old as well btw. Trip as such was fine. Left on time and arrived on time to the airport

Coach clean, arrived in time and depot staff at airport are very friendly, only fault is the reduced route to and from greystones, makes getting home from airport a nightmare at times

We arrived 15 minutes early at the stop. Our bus was unable to be tracked online. We called dispatch after 5 minutes past the arrival time and were told he was 10 - 15 minutes away. After 20 minutes we called back and were told he was 5 - 10 minutes away. I asked about a refund so we could simply call a car and he said no, not for anything less than 45 minutes late. For people who show up 15 minutes early, it was not a pleasant start to our travel day. The driver didn't say a word and the bus was dirty. We had much more pleasant experiences on the public busses and trains, and on Dublin Express.
