“Bus was on time and brought us from Ato B. However the buses have become very old, neglected & shabby. Our bus rocked from side to side all the way to Dublin.”

“The scheduled bus was about 25 minutes late, and then had several stops to make on the way to the airport. Made our arrival at the airport much later than planned.”

“Good service connecting from Dublin airport. Toilet stank up the whole bus every time in use. USB chargers didn't work on 1 bus. Otherwise punctional and use aircoach again.”

“When designing and considering the leg room seating distance when initially building the Aircoach, was there thought do you think that a percentage of travellers maybe taller than 5 foot 6 inches and so as a result have to endure discomfort as well as minimising the capacity for other travellers who would not be able to sit next to them. Is this a case of pack them in like sardines so we can maximise our best possible profit.”

“Arrived in Dublin after taking coaches all around Europe Sad tired uncomfortable coach. Terrible image for DUBLIN. Buy a decent modern comfortable coach with a toilet.”

“The coach was clean and on time. BUT it did not stop at the place stated on the website and on the ticket itself. It does not stop outside the Shelbourne Hotel. I had to run up the street after it to the correct stop dragging a very heavy suitcase. The website and the tickets need to be updated urgently.”

“Service is good enough but having only a bus every 2 hours with the 703 is ridiculous. Sprinting through the airport to make the bus and then being told I had to get cash out of a ATM in the airport building as they couldn’t take my AIB card that day… the mind boggles. Just made my bus at the last minute otherwise I would have to wait another 2 hours.”

“Having been used to the Friendly service I received over many years from Airporter it was obvious to me that when I joined your service for the first time from BFS to Derry, the Driver I would describe as cold and a bit indifferent to the needs of his Customers. However, on the return journey from Derry to BFS the driver was what I expected. Your Customers come first. If the outgoing driver is unhappy with his job then leave and find employment more suited to your attitude and personality. The new service is in my opinion just another bus journey without the Friendliness of Airporter.”

“It was comfortable and the driver was nice. However on the return trip the driver left early and we missed the bus…had to wait 2 hours for the next one”

“It's not possible as a retired to book tickets online, so this needs to be addressed. Coaches were only a little late, but clean, comfortable and efficient. The screens showing stops are often not working, so drivers have to shout down the coaches- not great for tourists!”
