“Having been used to the Friendly service I received over many years from Airporter it was obvious to me that when I joined your service for the first time from BFS to Derry, the Driver I would describe as cold and a bit indifferent to the needs of his Customers. However, on the return journey from Derry to BFS the driver was what I expected. Your Customers come first. If the outgoing driver is unhappy with his job then leave and find employment more suited to your attitude and personality. The new service is in my opinion just another bus journey without the Friendliness of Airporter.”

“It was comfortable and the driver was nice. However on the return trip the driver left early and we missed the bus…had to wait 2 hours for the next one”

“It's not possible as a retired to book tickets online, so this needs to be addressed. Coaches were only a little late, but clean, comfortable and efficient. The screens showing stops are often not working, so drivers have to shout down the coaches- not great for tourists!”

“I missed greatly the personal approach of Airporter.My contact by phone was unhelpful and not courteous.Booking was too difficult for myself an elderly person.The journey was satisfactory.I got no help to put my heavy case into the hold.”

“Delayed bus even though it was the 12.30am coach. Was terrible having to wait in the airport for over an hour 30 anyway but made even worse by the time it arrived! The coach and journey spot on but annoyed at coach being late at that time of night.”

“The Wi-Fi on my inbound and outbound journeys wasn’t working and also I found the aircoach to be very cold on the Belfast-dublin leg of the journey almost to the point of very uncomfortable.”

“Grand. Except going through Dublin city. No one to collect there and on way back only 2 were getting off. Aircoach to me suggests direct to the airport. There are so many competitors to take people to Cork in Dublin Centre that Aircoach should concentrate on getting people from cork to Dublin airport as quickly as possible. This is the only negative I had I was traveling with a baby so it was important everything went smoothly.”

“We recently used 703 to get front Dublin Airport to Blackrock. We asked driver to let us off at Blackrock Clinic & the driver said nothing to us & dropped us off at Frascati. We had 3 pieces of luggage. My husband is 86 next week. We were left totally stranded as we live in Sion Hill apartments. Surely the driver should at least have the courtesy to explain the situation to us. Very disappointed with this experience”

“Used to be a great service but has deteriorated badly. Only one bus every 2 hours from Bray and takes a ridiculously long route to the airport. Dart into city centre followed by bus from there now the quicker option. Plus no service from the airport after 8pm!”

“Although toilet on board was locked 3.5 hrs a long time without access to toilet. On arrival to Dublin Airport driver never announced terminal 1 or 2. I think this would be helpful rather than every individual asking”

“Normal travel, not bad not very good. The only thing i can say is internet was not connecting. Other than that Your survey is meaningless, couse there is nothing i can say like this service was bad or another was very well. (For example if you were turkish company, i may say catering serve is weak, assistant of driver was nice or else).”
