“Bus broke down. Told it would be half an hour but we waited an hour, I wouldn't complain as bus breaking down is not in any one's control. Lying about how long we would wait was though!”

“I arrived today in Dublin. Wanted to buy a ticket to Belfast but the lady from ticket told me all buses are full. I should try it online what I did. The bus was half full. If I had not had a smartphone I would not have managed it to Belfast.”

“It arrived 28 minutes late to stop. Even if a person isn't in hurry (which I wasn't) there is no way to track if bus is on the way or not, so one could easily decide to take a cab rather than wait half an hour for a bus that was supposedly scheduled for a specific time.”
