Got Aircoach last night at 12.35am from Belfast to Drumahoe in Derry. Driver was extremely pleasant, cheerful and helpful just what was needed after a long delay at airport.great service would highly recommend it.

Bus Dublin to Cork 7pm 3rd of July toilet out of order. At 8.30pm we stopped off for the toilet. I have anxiety on the bus anyway but having a period and kidney infection was killing me. No need for the bus driver to say be quick and don't waste my time. Just horrible.

Coach never arrived...no update on app...have to get taxi....avoid this service!!!!

I love it because it is punctual, the drivers are efficient, responsible and friendly. the chairs are comfortable in general everything is fine except that I don't understand why the bathroom doesn't have water to wash hands or toilet paper and a bus without charging ports these days is not very convenient. Except for this, in general everything is fine.

Had put in wrong date for return journey Realised mistake Gave over 10 days notice Difference been date of one day Told me Had to purchase new set of tickets Would not change date. When I said airporter previous owners would have been helpful and understanding Was told well we are Air coach Totally unhelpful Certainly will not use again

Very bad experience, we were waiting over 35 min on the bus ,was very cold and late evening at the airport and no apologies from driver ,he response that he needed take a break then should be replaced with another bus.

Service itself was fine, departed and arrived in time, driver very courteous and helpful. However I can't remember at this stage the last time I had working wifi and a working socket on one of these coaches, definitely not on either let of this return trip. It's a small thing, but I was counting on it to be able to get some work done on the trips, but couldn't.

Booked and got on the 705X from O'Connell St at 23:20PM last night. The driver was in a bad mood. People were getting on and he was rude to each one that didn't clearly show him their booking info. If they pointed their phone to a scanner he ridiculed them - "What are you doing? - Show ME!" Two Chinese women wanted to pay cash and go to Belfast on this bus. The driver point blank couldn't be bothered to take cash. He said the bus was "Fully booked". I can tell you it wasn't - there were loads of empty seats. Apparently, he just couldn't be bothered to take cash. Unbelievably heartless - especially because it was late at night and there's no other service to get to Belfast. This rude driver left the bus at the airport and another driver took over. This second driver was really unprofessional. Throughout the journey, he kept fiddling with the radio whilst driving. At one point (when the bus was stationary) I asked him to please turn down the "music" because it was too loud. I did not want to contend with head banging disco "music". He point blank refused saying "No" - "I need it!" He absolutely refused to turn it down. Hearing him say that he "needed it" concerned me greatly. Was he so tired that he "needed" loud music to stay awake? I'm sorry, but I don't recommend this company.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your review regarding your Aircoach journey from O'Connell Street to the airport last night. It is disappointing to hear that your experience was not up to the standard that we would expect and we apologize for this. It is unacceptable that our driver would be rude to passengers and not be willing to take cash for a journey. This attitude is far from the friendly and courteous service that we strive to provide. We will be looking into why this happened and will make sure that something like this doesn't happen again. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We want all passengers to feel safe and comfortable while travelling with us, and would very much welcome the opportunity to make up for the experience you had. I’ve been using Aircoach for years! It’s a great service. Right outside the airport, friendly staff, great drivers and always punctual. Highly recommend!

I booked a single trip from Westmoreland to Dublin Airport. I was at the right stop along with other passengers and the coach went past without stopping. This is absolutely disrespectfull. I have a flight to take and I may miss it because of this lack of commitment to providing a reliable service.

Never again this coach be used wast off time and worst coach service ever all bus travel from galway to Dublin always stops at Houston station Dublin this coach won’t we don’t have license to stop there 😡😡😡

Bus didn't come. Would have missed my plane were it not for Uber. Too much of a hassle to complain to whatever oversight authority there may be. Very bad show.

Excellent service The only downside is that they should have a bus station in Derry/Londonderry where you get a coffee snacks toilet facility. and indoor shelter. not just a bus a shelter

I tried to log in and had forgotten my password but your website gives no option to change the password (other than when you are logged in). I was also unable to re register as my email had been used. I booked with Translink.

The bus was late, meaning I missed my connection. I understand this is beyond your control. I had built extra time into my schedule but this much longer than I expected. Your timetable doesn’t allow for people to alight with their luggage and board with luggage. Not satisfactory for an airport service. At least 3 minutes needed at each stop.

This new bus service is useless, pick up times from Derry to Belfast international and also return journey now every 2 hours, I will be sitting at the airport 3½ hours before my flight. Airporter was a better service as they left Derry every hour and I only was waiting an hour at the airport,

Driver picked me and my daughter up on 21st wed 855 killiney bus he wasn’t very nice because we didn’t book online he said taking cash just holds up everything made me feel terrible very short tempered seemed like he doesn’t like his job we always use the air coach for years now and all the drivers were so nice except on the 21st don’t like complaining but cash is as good as card
