I’m here to say thank you to Michael that always do an amazing job. Anytime I have some problem I text the Aircoach Instagram and he helps me a lot. I wish I could put more than 5 stars for him.

Appalling customer service - note that the stop at Belfast International has changed (nothing on email) and my wife with two other passengers missed the coach because of this. Told there was a large notice about this - they found it and it's smaller than an Easyjet small suitcase And a call to the Belfast office was a classic in bad customer service. No apology, no sympathy, just the implication that it's your duty to play hunt the sign. Dreadful My question is despite the nice words on the ads how deep does the lack of customer service go.

I think there should be hourly service as it used to be. But the real reason I'm writing this review is the driver that was doing route 703 and was in Sandycove at 5.07 on 21/06/23. He made my day! Very pleasant and helpful guy but most importantly full of old school Irish craic! We need more drivers like him!

My Brown Thomas bag was on the bus and I left it on that I left on the bus Did anyone find a bag on the bus? It was a Dublin airport to Belfast I cannot check into my hotel now

Unable to change booking if flight is delayed. No signage to make customers aware collection point has changed at Belfast international. On multiple occasions the bus has been unbearably warm, especially in recent conditions. The air conditioning has been blasting at the drivers seat but no air conditioning for passengers. Passengers were too hot and everyone was complaining. This should be taken into consideration for health and safety purposes.

We're sorry to hear that you were unable to change your booking however from the airport you may travel 1 service before or after the one you had booked. We are especially sorry that the bus had been unbearably warm, with the air conditioning blasting at the drivers seat this is a separate system to the passengers and the passenger can ask the driver to adjust the temperature if safe to do so. really poor mobile website. i booked and paid extra charge for flexible ticket and one hours trying to adjust departure time without success, even though me desired new times was available. very poor and you owe me the flexi fare.

Our flight was cancelled so we had no idea when we were getting home so couldn't change the tickets at the time so when we were told the time of our flight the following I phoned customers service & was bluntly told I couldn't change my seat as it could only be done up to an hour before the time & I would have to pay for more tickets even though I had a flexi ticket. This wouldn't have been as bad if I hadn't waited a half hour in a queue to get through only to have horrible customer service.

We apologize that your flight was cancelled and that you were unable to change the tickets at the time when you were notified of the new flight time. We understand this could have been very frustrating, especially after having to wait for a while in a queue for someone from customer service. When travelling from the airport you may use your ticket 1 service before or after your booked time this applies to delays and is subject to availability.

So disappointing to see how poor the service has gotten since Airporter was purchased by Aircoach. My flight was delayed 3/4 hours. Unable to get in contact with any of your team to change the ticket, sending an email results in no immediate response (which is need in these circumstances) so obviously had to buy an additional ticket! The availability has significantly dropped Customer service levels have dropped Locations for drop off have dropped Not surprisingly prices have not dropped Really depressing that you have a Monopoly on this route and looking through the reviews, be honest the average is not 4 stars the last 20 reviews I thank 19 are 1 star!

We are sorry to hear that your flight was delayed and that you had difficulty contacting our team in order to change your ticket in time. We apologize for the inconveniences you faced as a result. Travelling from the airport after a delay your ticket subject to availability will be accepted on the next service. Overall capacity has increased with larger vehicles at present the service time is every two hours in a 24 hour period this will increase in the very near future and with the introduction of some discontinued stops. Apologies for the inconvenience.

On your website it indicates (b) as boarding only. However this is incorrect. The air coach does not stop at many stops where it states boarding only. Please amend your timetable as I was forced to take a taxi to the airport due to this misinformation.

My online booking couldn’t complete on time (1 hour prior to departure) and ended buying tickets for a departure that left another 2 hours later. Completely disappointed with what happened. Now I have to spend another 45 euros on top of the 16 already paid for a trip I’m not using.

Do not recommend. Booked 4 tickets from O’Connell street to Dublin airport and it was over an hour late. Had to get a taxi and almost missed our flight. Spent way more than we should of due to this situation. Refused to refund the tickets. Avoid and use a different service unless you want to miss your flight.

Travelled from Derry to Belfast int airport 34euro one way. Coming back was not sure we would make the 14.30 bus but we did but could not book online so we were charged 38sterling for the return because payment was not online. A complete rip off. Basically 80 euro. Could have bought a flight for this. Will never use the service again, Other modes of transport more economical. Also the 2 hour window between buses useless as it means a long wait if you miss the bus.

As you see in the photo the walk-up fare is correct at £19 pp totalling £38. Online bookings are cheaper than walk-up fares and default to the euro currency which was your chosen currency however sterling can be selected. An online booking will always be cheaper than a walk-up fare. We hope up that this answers your query.

We booked the coach from Belfast international to Derry and then back again later in the week to attend a family wedding. The website was easy to navigate, booking was quick and easy and great prices. I had sent a quick query before booking about tickets for infants and the customer service from Stephen was excellent- prompt, informative and answered my questions clearly so I didn’t need to stress. Both ways, our driver was Bill- an absolutely lovely man who was very friendly and made us feel very welcome aboard the service. He was excellent helping people get luggage aboard and made my daughter’s day by chatting to her as we got on. Smooth journey, lovely cool and comfortable coach even in a heatwave, beautiful views and excellent service. Please pass on our thanks to Stephen and Bill who made a trip with a 3 year old much less stressful! We would absolutely recommend aircoach to anyone travelling in future and hopefully will be back ourselves soon!

Same as previous complaint, there was a great service pre-covid... now that the airport is back to full capacity and car parks are full and we are all being asked to use public transport... Aircoach still operate a skeleton service on the 702 route. Used to be every hour almost 22 hours per day. Now it is one every 2 hours with the last one at 20:00 You may now say the route is not as busy, most of my friends have given up on the consistency of timetable does not suit.

Booked for 18.45 coach from zone 20 at Dublin Airport to Sandyford for a big family dinner for which I hd flown over. Bus was there but driver said it was the wrong one -'the other will be round the corner in a minute." After 30 minutes, no buses and a crowd of people in the rain, I ran for a taxi which cost 65 Euros. I wasted 12.50 Eu. on a non-existent service. Pity, had good reviews but .........

Waited for the bus at the stop for 45 mins, didn’t show up. Rang them to be told the bus had left 15 mins prior, so either the bus drove past the stop or the driver didn’t call for the bus to Belfast. Non refundable. Terrible service
