“Killiney route advertised at 1 hr to airport Time was actually 1.5 hours In peak months an hourly departure 8am - 8pm would be great The old route via strand road was fantastic”

“Trip from airport had to be abandoned because of marathon - no refund offered. Trip back to airport had to be abandoned since bus never showed up. Tracker had no info on our bus but showed the next bus running significantly late. No alert sent to us via email or text about the problem. Paid for two trips for two people and never got one. NEVER AGAIN!!!”

Additionally, we are sorry to hear that the bus that was supposed to take you back to the airport never showed up, and our tracker had no information regarding the bus. “Friday 9th June Cork to Dublin 9am. Fantastic driver. So friendly and professional at the same time. Had the same driver a few weeks ago Dublin to Cork. He’s a credit to the company. Such a comfortable journey as well.”

“My aircoach driver from Cork to Dublin on June 7th at 4pm was very rude. He was rude asking which terminal I was getting off in in Dublin. Handling my bags and putting where he wanted. He said ‘good I was leaving the country’ a South African racist rude man!! I can understand he wants to organise the bags but he doesn’t need to be rude aboit this. He needs to be fired !”

“Absolutely furious that it doesn't stop in Dungiven now as it did before. Very unfair . Limavady to Drumshoe is very far especially if you are asking a friend or relative to collect you . It USED to be such a great service.”
