“your website is a disaster. I cannot register as I don't know what I am doing wrong. Also, you chrage me €4.00 for admin charge because is it is a return ticket. Only one ticket being issued?”

“Not happy with the service off one of the drivers at airport very cheeky and ignorant because i said "Derry" and not his preference "Londonderry" he was very rude towards myself and wife and also two other woman on the bus because of this”

“Could you have hired a ruder driver on the number 700 bus , leaving terminal 2 at 15.00 on the 4th June.? I live in Dublin but if I was a tourist , I would have had an obnoxious start to my holiday”

“It is a long journey from Derry to Dublin Airport without a toilet on board! There seemed no provision for a comfort stop and because I am over 80 I am quite slow. Also the stop at BFS is a fair distance from facility in Terminal. The drivers were wonderful and very very helpful.”

“If I’d another way of getting to airport I’d use it. This is second time I’ve had a grumpy driver with a less than warm attitude. It’s as if it’s an inconvenience to them that you’re getting on the bus. My driver today is also driving along the motorway with one hand holding the steering wheel and the other holding a coffee. Hardly safe driving”

“Booked online - the booking system added my return ride to the same day my departure. I never spotted this until I went to check towards the end of my holiday. Customer support attitude is 'hard luck, it's passed' even thought this was caused by Aircoach's booking system. Will be using Dublin Express from Dublin city centre to the airport in future - it's actually cheaper more, and more regular.”

“Usually Aircoach is a fine service that I'd give 4 stars to. However on this occasion the Aircoach I had booked never turned up. After waiting 40 minutes for the next one, I ask the driver if I can use my previous ticket as the previous coach didn't turn up. "Don't be telling lies" is his response. What a rude response to a frequent customer that paid for a service that wasn't provided. At least I was able to use my previous ticket and should still make my flight. Otherwise it would be 1 star on this occasion. I'll be considering other options to get to the airport if this happens again or if your drivers customer service doesn't improve.”

“Waited 40 mins and coach turned up full. Told next bus would behalf an hour. Ended up taking taxi to airport. Terrible service.”

“Unexpected bus change at Belfast Central Station, although the bus was allowed to enter the airport first and then continue to the city centre. But, despite waiting for a bus, we arrived at the airport ahead of schedule!”
