“We had a return ticket from city center to airport. Wednesday morning we was going to take 08:45 bus from O´Connel street. No bus came. 09:10 a bus with only online bookings could go on. No bus 09:15. At 09:40 we decided to take a taxi. Never again. NOT a safe, reliable, convenient journey to airport”

“Took the 705x from Dublin to Belfast. Buying tickets online was easy. Bus was about 10 minutes late to airport. Could do with better markings at the airport to designate where specific bus stops are: many people asking the concierge there where to go. Luggage was easy to load. Seats were moderately comfortable, but a bit upright leading to backache. The biggest issue was that the bus was uncomfortably warm. We started off in Dublin with air, but then once on the road to Belfast it seemed it was turned off, and we sweated the entire way - and it was only about 20-21° outside. Bus arrived on time and departure was easy.”

“I made the payment for booking but there was no output on screen. there was no indication whether payment was success or failure. Instead it again prompted to pay again. very confusing and frustrating.”

“My wife and I had made a booking from Leopardstown to Dublin Airport for 13.00 on Thursday 11 May 2023. No coach arrived for that time or the 13.15 time. We eventually caught a coach at 13.30. We always head to the airport as early as possible - so the delay did not affect us unduly. However, other customers booking for that coach may not have been so fortunate.”

“The bus was supposed to pick us (4 people) up at 8h45 am at our hotel in order to bring us to the meetup point. It never came, we had to take the taxi from the hotel to the location to get on the bus to go to connemara.”

“Hello, Our outbound trip from Belfast to Dublin was great and on time but the return trip was a disaster. we were greeted by an arrogent Aircoach rep at Dublin airport, he was shouting at everybody as he checked their tickets and seemed to be very frustrated, not a good way to greet visitors to Ireland, the coach was full so we had to sit in the back seat over the engine , we almost expired from the heat of the engine and the aircon did not appear to work.”

“travelled two times from Belfast to Dublin and although the bus was supposed to have wifi and chargers, the wifi connection could not be established (it was connected without internet all the time) and the chargers were not functional. Moreover on the return trip from Dublin to Belfast the driver rejected boarding until I throw my coffee away (I was allowed to bring coffee on the trip from Belfast to Dublin). As a reference, #21 of the AirCoach rules states that water/coffee could be bring on-board if they have a secure cap. When I showed that to the driver he rudely said that I should get out of the bus until I throw my coffee away.”

“It was fast and got us to the airport in good time. We joined at Samuel Beckett bridge as it was near our hotel. The confirmation email provided a link to where the bus stop was but in fact there was a row of different Bus stops there and none specifically for Aircoach, so we, and some other passengers, were not sure we were at the right stop till the bus showed up. We had carry on airport bags. The driver didn’t offer to put them in the hold (I saw there was loads of space there when he opened it on arrival) and they proved too big to fit in the overhead racks so we had to have them squeezed on our laps for the fortunately short journey.”
