“Waited 25 mins in Dalkey for bus Had to get taxi as we would be late for flight Saw him on his way up to terminal So he would have been 35 mins late !! Terrible service”

We are sorry that you had to wait 25 minutes for a bus in Dalkey and had to take a taxi to get to the airport on time. It must have been upsetting to see the bus arriving 35 minutes late. We apologize for the inconvenience you were caused. We are aware that there was a delay which occured on the outbound service from the airport and the time could not be made up. Again, we thank you for your feedback. We are committed to providing the best service possible to our customers.

“Very comfortable coach and always on time. Very easy to book tickets online. I received excellent customer service by email when I had to change my travel dates. I also took advantage of the discounted access to the Terminal 1 Lounge at Dublin Airport and will be doing that again.”

“The service is a great one . The driver was friendly and courteous. The only query I have is this ;why is there no advertisement at Drumahoe park +Ride ,Co.Derry to say the "Aircoach "stops there ? No timetable ...nothing !!!”

“The telephone helpdesk staff were brilliant. The journey from the airport wasn't so great as the driver didn't say when a stop was nearing. if you're new to Dublin (any city in fact), you generally don't know where you're stop is to get off. We went right past our stop and then had a half an hour's walk to get back to where we should have been dropped. An electronic sign inside the bus might help with this. Return journey was fine.”

“We were actually picked up by the coach before the one we'd booked because it was delayed by traffic. The lady driver was very nice and helpful getting everyone on board quickly and managing the heavy traffic efficiently.”
