“The coach arrived 15 minutes late at Dublin airport...not acceptable given that morning traffic was light. Other areas for improvement: Driver should announce the airport terminal on arrival - tourists assumed that teminal 1 was first, not terminal 2. Driver should help remove luggage - passengers had to go inside the luggage hold to remove their bags. Perhaps our driver was new, however, he seemed very inexperienced.”

“We joined the Aircoach at Belfast International Airport which is so handy for us living in Antrim. The bus left on time and collected more passengers in Belfast before the non stop journey to Dublin Airport. We arrived well within time and the coach was comfortable with free wifi and charging points. The journey in reverse was every bit as good and we would recommend this service to others as it takes the stress out of getting to Dublin Airport and is very reasonably priced.”

“Timely arrival, friendly service. Two small comments: - Perhaps put on the ticket that the driver will have your name on a list? As people were stressing to find their ticket on phone, or wasted paper to print. - A quick mention or list at the bus entrance of airlines at T1 and T2?”

“fantastic service, on time pick up and dropped outside door at airport eliminating all the fuss/stress with finding a parking space and struggling to get space on complimentary coach from long term car park to airport. Will definitely be using again.”
