“Super service door to door - on time ( 5 min discretion) bus was clean, comfortable and efficient - if you have time it's the only way to travel to airport hassle free... excellent service provider and a positive experience to airport door”

“Love this service. Takes the stress out of getting to the airport. Just wish it was hourly rather than 2 hourly as I ended up at the airport 3 hours before my flight”

“On time happy driver plenty of leg room. Comfortable coach definitely use again only issue couldn't get it back because they don't run as regularly as the previous company Airporter which is a shame”

“It's imperative to have a toilet room. Overall everything is good, but the fact that there is no toilet available makes the service ridiculous. Tiago”

“The ride was fine but I bought a second seat because I thought there was no way I'd make my original bus due to my late plane (I made it by 20 seconds). I bought flexipass but I think it's unfair that I couldn't use the 2nd fare for a return ticket on the same route. All the seats were selling out so the flexipass is basically useless.”

“Love the coach and the timely service. It was an early pickup but even still the drivers (both different on way out and back) appear grumpy and a smile wouldn't go astray. Would definitely use again though.”

“The air coach did not arrive on time Sunday 14th may - waited for 40 opposite Wesley - another wait passenger phoned and was told bus was on time ! It was approx 14 hours And on the return Monday 22 nd waited for 45 minutes outside terminal 2, also in the afternoon”

We apologize for the time that it took for the bus to arrive on both occasions. We completely understand how inconvenient it can be to wait for too long and we appreciate that you did not leave from the pickup points and that you were willing to wait. “It was terrible. I needed to go to the airport but bought a ticket to Belfast city. The driver was so rude and aggressive at 2am. When I requested to purchase an additional ticket onboard to continue my journey he refused and tried kicking me off. All in all it was absolutely possible to purchase the ticket onboard. I would like a refund for duch poor treatment.”

“Service is very good and the price is very reasonable..got the derry dublin return..on both occasions the bus was freezing..bear in mind people are coming from overnight flights from the states. This is only complaint I have as everything else was good”
