“My main concern with this service is how far off from the scheduled time the bus arrived at our pick-up location. Albeit early, the Aircoach shuttle arrived around 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time and did not wait until the scheduled time to depart. AKA if you showed up at the scheduled time, the bus would not have actually picked you up.”

“We had the pleasure of using Aircoach from the Dublin airport round trip to Belfast. The coach left and arrived on time and are very clean. I would recommend reserving your seat in advance and getting the flex ticket. If you are early and there is room you can sometimes get on an early coach and if your late you can get in another coach later if there is room. Overall, very good experience! We will use this service again when in 🇮🇪.”

“It is always cold on the Aircoach as the air con is on high. I always have to wear a jumper and keep my coat on as so cold. Other passengers do the same. It is uncomfortably cold so perhaps consider turning the air con down and putting the heat on instead. Thank you”
