Aircoach claims that buses run from O'Connell street every 15 minutes. I waited over an hour and nothing arrived. When two buses finally arrived at the same time the driver told me I couldn't board because I hadn't pre-booked online. I had no option but to take normal buses and was so delayed that I missed my flight.

-13:39 bus due at 468 did not arrive for at least 30 minutes after due time -information not available on tracker -phone link in website not working correctly But even worse than this stress was response of Gary in customer service who came across as arrogant and self righteous - he basically repeatedly made multiple excuses eg - customer should have booked online to guarantee a seat. - overcrowding was not the issue -customer should have used tracking to get information- but coach location not available -customer should have rang company- online direct phone link does not work, it is necessary to dial directly -stated coach arrived at 13:59, not so. still waiting nearby for taxi and no bus arrived. Please review your staff training of office customer service as a priority.

I am travelling from Belfast International Airport to Derry and was booked on the 12.35. I followed the location indicator on Google Maps using the link in your e mail which took me to a location in front of the airport building. This is the wrong location which I only discovered when the coach went sailing by. The signage in the airport is not sufficient to alert customers as to the changed location.

We realize that having to work out the new location for yourself would have been very frustrating and we completely understand your concerns. To help us learn from this experience, could you explain how and why the signage at the airport was insufficient? Having booked on line the bus was 20 minutes late - had to get on another one from a different location which went through the city so traffic was very heavy and I was last to board on my plane - Very stressful. Even though I booked on line - no message sent to say bus was delayed - crazy!

Arrived late, took much more than declared and I risked to lose the flight. It's slower, less comfortable and more expensive than the concurrency

-5.30 coach was 15min late 16/June -No help.with bags,needed to move other bags to get ours to fit. -Not one smile from driver -No.anouncement at terminal 2 or 1 -Driver just stood back with arms folded when people struggled to get bags out. -No help to you mum with baby. Over all poor service

Shocking 700 bus service to Dublin Airport yesterday June 13. The 6:35am Aircoach scheduled to depart Drumcondra train station this morning at 6:35am arrived approximately 40 minutes late when (2) #700 buses arrived at the same time. Extremely disappointed in the service.

Hi, today I had a ticket for 700 aircoach for 8.30 from Clayton Hotel. The bus didn't come, and the next one for 9.00 refused to take us. There were 5 or 7 people waiting for the same ride. We had to take the taxi I really want my money back

13/6/2023 No aircoach at T2 for Leopardstown from 18.10 -18.55. No aircoach to city centre .No Information ,no staff.was embarrassed for tourist. Ended up getting 16bus into town and luas

Waiting for over an hour for the 700 from O’Connell street to Dublin Airport. The QR code at the stop does not work, the telephone number on the website will not connect!! So much for a service that according to the website is every 15 minutes. 14 June 23 at 09:45

If I could give this service no stars I would. Being to made feel intimidated, and embarrassed by the bus driver who had no shame in swearing and using foul language to me and my family while also leaving a young pregnant girl in tears due to the way he spoke and was treating us! Never ever again will I give this company my money. Awaiting a response to a complaint and a refund for this journey!

Departed exactly on time and arrived at the airport just before estimated arrival time. Driver was super friendly and it was a nice comfy trip. Would recommend

We had booked 2 tickets for the 8.30 Aircoach from Clayton- this is a busy time to travel and getting to the airport is a stressful business. The 8:30 coach never arrived this morning and we were at the Clayton Leopardstown since 8. 15 so we would have seen it if it came in. We were waiting outside the hotel. There were other passengers present who will confirm this. The real time app confirmed that the previous bus arrived at 7.50am. When the next bus arrived at 8.45 we got on and queried the driver. He told us he was the 9.00 bus and would not be leaving before that. We asked what happened to the 8.30abus and were told he was not responsible for that. He then rang the operator and reverted to us 5 mins later that the 8.30 bus had been there. Both ourselves and the other passengers assured him that this was not the case. 10 mins later another bus arrived and we were advised to transfer into this bus as it was leaving first. We left at 9 am. We have travelled with Aircoach for 10 years and it was always reliable. The last time we travelled to the airport in Nov 2022 we had a similarly frustrating and stressful experience and had a to get to the airport by taxi. A written complaint to Aircoach was not acknowledged or responded to. v poor service.
