Inflexible. Cannot change destination on the booking system if you need to change. No one would help.

It is disheartening when the bus driver does not help to put luggage on the bus. When I said this to the driver he said he was not paid enough to do this. It is a pity that staff are not paid enough by your company to include this courtesy.

Worst mistake I ever made was booking a bus with aircoach. 2 hours into my journey from Dublin airport to Galway and we havent even hit Tullamore. I have never been on a slower bus journey with a total of 7 passengers! Hands down the worst bus experience with the world's slowest driver! That's 2 hours of work I will be missing out on with no reimbursement. A warning from the company would of been nice that there is no accuracy with your times given!

Company is clearly not running as many services as it claims. Waited 50 mins for it to arrive. Used to he reliable but not anymore. Avoid

Was planning on using this service but after reading the reviews no thank you. This is a good platform to find out about companies and just to let people know please if you are using this service in Northern Ireland report your complaint in writing to this company await thier reply and if your not satisfied take the complaint to info@consumercouncil.org.uk they deal with all bus companies complaints for Northern Ireland

Absolutely outstanding service and made all thr more memorable by out coach driver Martin who went above and beyond to make sure myself and my husband got back to Belfast after a very long delayed flight from Boston. Way to go Martin 👍👍👍

I want to go from Dublin airport to Clondalkin (Green Isle Hotel) but as I done know the name of the road I can't seem to find how to plan the journey

Doesn't go as often as Airporter..2hrs between service is a long time when travelling, especially coming Home.

Today I experienced my second time travelling with Aircoach, I was travelling to Dublin off on my holidays our driver was called Martin and he was the loveliest man making sure we had a good trip and made it more relaxing. 5 stars!!! I would 100% recommend booking them.

I just want to say a massive thank you! I do not know your name but you and glasses, a bald head and a Scottish accent. My knee dislocated and you were there to help all you could to aid me and my sister. This was greatly appreciated as we were literally out of options. I just want to say a massive thank you!!!! We spoke to police, SOS and every single taxi driver possible with no help. You are greatly appreciated thank you so so so much!!!!!

The bus was late by 15 minutes, the driver mixed up the road and we had to leave the bus to go by car and we nearly missed our flight. The worst part is we didn't get refunded. I would give it 0 stars but since I can't it'll be 1 star

Late again. Today I waited 20 minutes beyond scheduled time. Going to the airport. Schedules are important. Tried contacting by phone but call kept being disconnected once you opted for “ customer service “. Simply unreliable. Had a similar experience a month ago but this time decided time to warn others

2nd time that 703 service has been almost 20mins late. It’s really unreliable and I definitely won’t be using it again

Can you update timetable for afternoon buses. One hour waiting at Morehampton Road. In the end had to take a taxi.

Hard to book, customer service line never gets answered. Tried 6 times. Line cut off. Every time. 2.08pm busnever arrived opp Talbot hotel. Really poor!

Nice .but the air conditioning is always too cold on Galway to Dublin route. I have mentioned this before a lot of people are complaining about this. I travel a lot but am thinking of taking train again.

Hi just want to say Mohammad who was driving Cork to Dublin airport this morning was really great.Our flight from cork was cancelled and we had to transfer to Dublin for flight at 09.50 .Mohammad drove really well and arrived at the airport for 08.27 .We were really grateful thanks Mary and John 😊

Today a miserable driver had a really bad disposition towards us to open the door to enter our luggage (22/06 at 07.05am on Leeson Street Upper). And then, he arrived late 10 min, but he didn’t want us to get on the bus because our ticket was, according to him, for the “next coach”. So he kicked us out… I will never take this coach again…thank you we had to take a taxi. If I only had the chance to upload a picture of him… he mustn’t treat customers like this

It is certainly unacceptable that the driver had a bad disposition towards you and your family. Also, it is unacceptable that he arrived late and did not want you to board the bus despite your tickets stating it was your coach. We thoroughly apologize for this unfortunate experience.
