We took the bus from Belfast to Dublin Airport. The bus left on time. The ride was comfortable. We arrived on time.

Driver very pleasant. I found times not as good or frequent as previous company. I arrived back in airport 10 minutes after 430 coach left and had to wait untill 630 for next one

At this point, you've really outdone DublinBus in becoming Dublin's most unreliable bus service. I have been taking your 700 service from UCD to the airport for years and I can not recall a single instance of timely bus arrival in 2023. Worse sometimes the presumed service never shows up. I show up at the stop 5 to 10 minutes before the booking and on average the buses come 15 to 20 minutes late. How can you be delayed by 20 minutes from Leopardstown to Belfield which takes less than 15 minutes to drive? Some of us are foreigners so we have to additionally wait in the RyanAir VISA check queue at the airport.Should we now start leaving our homes 4 hours before flying because you invariably always arrive late and get to the airport with more than 30 minutes of delays than your ticket times?

I missed a bus, thinking that the bus didn't come, so I called the customer service who was the worst I ever tried. The man on the phone talked to me like I was a child, he was screaming on the phone. Finally, I could get the next bus; but it was probably my first and my last experience with Aircoach.

I feel that your charge is very misleading I expected to pay the advertised prices of £5 per bag per day but was billed an additional £3.50 for some guarantee that was not made clear at the time of purchase. Don’t like being ripped off, won’t use the service again. Plus the mad that served us had terrible body odour.

Seats in bus Cork to Dublin very narrow. Lucky no one was beside me!! different bus on way back to cork and had plenty leg room

We were early and the driver allowed us on the earlier bus. We were at the wrong stop and the driver allowed us to board anyway... (obviously I will aim not to make these mistakes again). Therefore I'm grateful for the flexibility we were shown. The service was smooth and efficient.

Would give 0 stars- scheduled and booked Aircoach never turned up. Family of 8 having to get taxi to try and catch flight. No communications from Aircoach about no show. Avoid
