“Five in our group travelled to Dublin at an ungodly hour and back again 3 days later. The bus was clean, quiet and we were at Dublin Airport before we knew it. The driver was polite, helpful and it was a very professional journey. We will certainly travel with Aircoach again. John”

“I pre-booked for the 8:45 am bus on Wednesday July 12, I was then not picked up until 9:30 and almost missed that bus because I was told that there was only room for people who had pre-booked for 9:30 even though I had booked for almost an hour previously. The driver was very nice and I do not blame her for the confusion, but it was frustrating the lack of communication and effort to get me on to a new bus even though I had pre-booked.”

“The pickup location in Belfast, Ireland, was very convenient to where I was staying. Their app wasn't working when I made my reservations (May 2023), and they told me to use the website, which worked fine. The pickup location is a bus stop across the street from the bus/rail station, which was clarified by that station and my hotel. You load and unload your bags from the bus cargo area. It left on time and arrived early at the Dublin Airport, which was my destination.”

“Our flight was delayed so we missed our scheduled time, but when we called about this we were assured it was no problem and we could get on the next available bus. This all worked out perfectly for us with the driver and got us right where we needed to be. Thank you!”

“The changing of buses at airport with no indication as having to when booking ticket. Do not let passengers who have conditions out anywhere to use a toilet. And even when there is a toilet on the bus it is locked and not for public use. Not good enough”
