“My experience was first class My only niggle is why drumahoe is not listed as a pick-up point, as the driver when I got on there told me I should have been at foyleside as they could have sold my ticket . I don’t understand the logic behind this”

“Sorry to have to provide a rating of two out of five but my reasons are as follows…. 1. Unbelievable cramped seating. I am 6’ 4” and while I used to be able to “relax” and get some sleep while in transit to/from Cork/Dublin I can no longer do so . I got off you new bus exhausted and still had more travel to do. That primarily is why I will try to avoid Aircoach moving forward. 2. The connivence of purchasing a ticket on the fly was great. No it has to be done online and in advance and with little flexibility.”

“The experience was very good, the coach was in great condition and was comfortable. The only thing to highlight as something to improve was the ventilation. In the first coach, there was air coming out of the vents so it was good, but in the second one none. I felt a bit dizzy, so it would've been great to have some ventilation or air conditioning or something like that.”

“V handy for Cork /Dublin airport trip. Delayed flight home meant I had to change booking at the last minute from Lisbon airport all very easily done as I’d bought the Flex option.”

“Trip to Dublin was excellent. Return trip to Cork, too warm on bus, AC was intermittently on and couldn't connect to WiFi. Both trips were on schedule.”

“Journey to and from Dublin airport was great. I would say that the coach on way back from the airport was due to stop at Belfast international airport for 10 minutes (advised by driver on earlier leg of the journey) however, driver at the airport refused break and stated that he didn’t have time to stop. Several people on the bus needed toilet break so it was pretty uncomfortable for journey to Derry from the airport.”
