I reviewed the three options for transport to the Airport- car and parking, taxi and Aircoach. As we live quite close to the Leopardstown stop and were able to book seats on a specific bus we opted for the Aircoach. The journey to the airport was exactly as expected, the bus was on time, the driver had details of our booking and we arrived just before the indicated time. Our return journey was not as pleasant. We arrived 40 minutes before the bus I'd booked. I spoke to the Aircoach employee who said it was no problem to take seats on the earlier bus. The bus arrived and there were not enough seats to accomodate my family. This was not an issue as it was not our booked journey. The bus failed to turn up at 7.30 and at 7.45 when we checked with the Aircoach employee she informed us that there had been mechanical issues with the 7.30 bus. I found it incredible that this information was not relayed to customers waiting nearby for the 7.30 bus... We did get our seats on the 8pm service but there were many passengers left behind. Based on this experience I would not opt to take the bus from the Airport home again, it is unreliable and there is no effort to keep customers informed. I sent an email about our experience and it took two days to receive an unsatisfactory response.

A young man was very abusive and high on drugs the bus driver had to redirect to urlingford Town called the gaurds and they drove passed without stopping the driver had to continue to drive with this passenger on board as he refused to get off a very uncomfortable experience

It takes one experience to ruin a great reputation - on 2 occasions the air coach bus did not turn up despite my ticket being purchased online, one experience was the Greystones - Airport route (and another but wasn't due for 2 hours so I was left uninformed about the bus not coming) and the other one was Leopardstown - Aiport with the following but booked out. I have used Airoach for many years and have had great experiences until post-pandemic times when the bus is unreliable. I had to go on Twitter to get a response from Aircoach and emailing you with my feedback after I almost missed my flight did not work. You have a lot of work to do when it comes to communication with and respect towards customers. Good luck.

Drivers were very polite on each trip my return trip was lady driver who went above and beyond looking after the tourists on board. Gave them a guide advised them where best to eat excellent service

Driver was a rude and the fact that my stop in blackrock only has an aircoach every 2hrs makes it very difficult

I lost something on an aircoach and because of the opening hours of the lost and found office I am never able to collect them. I have been in the airport and they are always closed. If you work normal hours monday to friday they dont have an option for you

Went to book the Young Adult fare for my 17 year old online. It asked for the relevant Young Adult card number. However the Young Adult/Leap card ID number that he has was constantly being declined saying the number was incorrect. Tired several times and eventually gave up and had to buy him a full Adult fare ( VWQV-WOMU-COUA) Maybe it’s deliberate! The FAQ and online “help” was not helpful at all either. I would like to hear back and help me understand what happened and also a clearer set of helpful instructions online.

Bus was bang on time both times I used it. Buy tickets online in advance whenever possibile as it is definitely cheaper

Firstly, the coach was 20 minutes late, unacceptable at the best of times. Even less so when it was hammering down with rain. The coach was then so cold, I feared I could be catching Hypothermia!
