“The Aircoach is great - when you can get it. We used the to get to the airport but we were extremely limited by the reduced services that have been on offer since Covid. We had intended to use Aircoach upon our return, as it had advertised in the airport terminal that services run every 15 minutes. We were then advised that we would have to wait 2 hours for the next 702 bus. We obviously did not wait and instead had to get two Dublin buses back home. I would love to support Aircoach as the service on board is next to none; drivers are friendly, the bus is always punctual and it’s very comfortable. It is hard to use when the timetables are so limited”

“Perfect for traveling to Belfast international airport, however a lot of inconvenience for those travelling to the city airport and I had to catch 2 buses to come to Derry from city airport as Aircoach does not operate to the city airport. It would be lot more convenient for passangers to have buses to the city airport as well. Thanks for your grear service though.”

We are trying to expand our operations and offering more convenience to passengers as much as possible, but as of now unfortunately, we are only able to operate to Belfast International Airport. “I have made 3 trips by the Big Blue Bus in the last 2 months. On each occasion the bus ran to time, the driver was helpful to us all and informative when asked for any details of the journey. The bus was comfortable and well presented. Given the relatively low cost of tickets and the use of bus lanes, to cut through the traffic, it is by far the best way to get from the airport to my base in Blackrock and I'd recommend the service to anyone travelling to south Dublin area.”

“Timely departures and arrival. Reasonably priced. Mechanically sound vehicle and very courteous professional drivers. lots of room for luggage under coach. This is a direct service which is appreciated after a long haul flight. Can't always get the wifi to work and on the outbound sector the charging ports did not appear to be working. Outbound coach was an old one - seats looking worn and scuffed but still comfortable. Temperature was too cold on the return sector.”
