Bus was five minutes late and it was quite warm on board. But the driver was kind and helpful and we got to the airport on time.

CHECK TRUST PILOT. This website appears to be a scam. Aircoach: Consistently terrible. Rude, unfriendly, unhelpful (and at least one time, RACIST) drivers. If there was any other service I would go for that instead, but unfortunately they have an effective monopoly as Dublin Bus is incompetent.

We caught air coach from Dublin to Ireland.. terrible my luggage got stolen from their bis and they did nothing to help us even offering to help with reimbursement money for me to get clothes considing we still had 6 weeks to go on our trip . Not even a follow up or helping with given footage of guy stealing it to the police. Doo not recommended to any of friends who are travelling over there

We apologize for what happened to you and are deeply sorry for the negative experience you had. We take feedback like yours very seriously and we are truly sorry. We understand how this could have ruined your trip. CCTV can only be provided to the relevant police authority upon their request. Baggage is carried at the passenger’s risk. Aircoach will use its best endeavours to carry the baggage safely and securely but assumes no liability for any loss or damage to baggage while in its possession, nor any consequences arising from the loss of or damage to baggage. We recommend that customers take out travel insurance that covers the whole of your journey.

My daughter and I used the Aircoach service from Dublin airport to Dublin city centre on 7th July around 2 p.m. We both noted that the driver was more than helpful to all the passengers who boarded the bus, advising on the correct stop and pointing them in the direction they needed to go after disembarking. We checked his name and complimented him on his helpfulness to his passengers, thinking particularly of the many tourists. He confirmed that his name was George. He certainly gave a very positive impression to our guests who clearly appreciated his courtesy.

Well the bus actually never showed up which is ridiculous for basically the only way in Dublin to get to the airport in a decent amount of time without having to pay a fortune. Obviously people rely on the service to be punctual to get to their flight on time. No alerts on the app or the website either to inform us about the disruption. Had to get a taxi instead in the end which we didn’t want to go for in the beginning as it’s minimum €40 from Dublin City center but ended up having to pay that + the waist of time and headache. (We waited at the bus stop for 40 minutes…. Busses are supposed to come every 15 minutes). I would appreciate an answer here and a refund.

I only gave it 1 star because there was no zero. I have never met a more rude cheeky driver in my entire life. The bus was clearly marked Derry city so I asked the driver who seemed to busy to bother with me. Would say to everyone reading g this DO NOT USE this service every

The journey itself was fine but the bus driver was disgustingly rude to one particular customer and quite rude to others including myself.

Very poor service from Dublin airport. Here at 9pm, Greystone service finished - waited over 30 minutes for Leopardstown bus, which arrived at 21. 30. Driver very rude. Not a good experience overall and not to be recommended. More buses required in the evenings and Greystone bus should operate later in the evening. Would like a response to this message and feedback on how service will be improved. Just back from Carcasone where public service operates a shuttle bus to airport.
