“Bus departed on time and arrived slightly earlier than scheduled. Only criticism was the coaches were advertised as having air conditioning, charging points and free wi-fi. 1. Either there was no air-conditioning on board, it wasn't switched on or it was broken. The overhead air vent nozzles didn't work. 2. There were no usb charging points on the coach. 3. Either the wi-fi wasn't working or there was none.”

“The drivers are always so lovely, they do little announcements at the start to tell you all about the journey and the last trip I took was particularly good - Martin was so polite and friendly and made the journey very enjoyable!! I have traveled with Aircoach a couple dozen times and I will continue to use them for all my airport journeys in the future!!”

“I did not book my ticket online prior to using, but thought that it was not necessary to do so. The location of the bus stop at Dublin airport was right off Terminal 1 and easy to find; purchasing a ticket and getting a bus was another, unfortunately. There was a long queue for boarding the 700 bus going into Dublin City centre, and I was told that until the current waiting passengers were put on an arriving bus, I could not purchase my ticket. But my main complaint is that the bus does not arrive every 15 minutes as advertised. This was both for my trip from and to Dublin airport; I waited close to an hour for both trips. I was fortunate to have allotted a lot of time to get to the airport, otherwise I would have taken the other buses or taxi that kept passing me by. The trips however were smooth and easy, and the bus operators were professional and friendly.”

“Arrived at the Clarion Hotel Leopardstown, for the 6.00am journey to Dublin Airport Sunday June 11th. Passengers already there said the 5.30am coach did not turn up!! When the 6.00am bus turned up, the already stranded pax and ourselves tried to board. The driver said he was only taking those who had booked seats. An old Spanish lady was ordered off the bus and was now in tears as she had been waiting since 5.15am and was afraid she would miss her flight. We asked would there be seats on the 6.30 bus. The driver "I have no idea". In 20 years of using the Aircoach, I had never been asked if I booked: there is nothing on your website about the necessity to book. Appalling service and rude ignorant driver.”

“Excellent service, though it would be better if you could also have the option to pay on board especially as you are operating out of an international airport and some passengers might have expensive roaming costs in order to book online.”

“You have destroyed the 703 Kiliney to airport route by making it a 2 hourly timetable and of unpredictable length because it takes such an unlogical route through the city which might suit your financial ambitions but not that of your customers who are looking for predictability in timing on the way to the airport. Very sad to see this service deteriorate under your company's control.”

“I thought it was very poor that Aircoach would not transfer my ticket to a later coach on Monday 10th July from Derry to Belfast, when Easyjet cancelled my 2pm flight. Aircoach made me purchase another ticket for €18. Very poor public relations.”
