“The coach didn't turn up for the return trip from Dublin to Airport. We weren't the only ones waiting for 15 minutes before having to get a yaxi”

“Pre-booked our tickets, and on the website it said that pre-booked tickets took precedence over those bought with the bus driver. When the bus arrived we went to put our luggage in and then enter the bus Only to be told the bus was full and to wait for the next one. Great to see that the bus drivers do not care about pre-booked tickets.”

“Absolutely appalling, waited 55 min at the airport yesterday for. 700, now been sitting on the pavement at O’Connell Street opposite the Gresham for 40 min and not a blue bus to be seen. Supposed to be one every 15 minutes, absolutely disgusting”

Hi, thanks for your review. When travelling from Dublin or Belfast international Airport only, and where there has been a flight delay, passengers may be allowed to travel on a later journey than the one booked providing there is a seat available on the coach and that it is the next journey after the one they had originally booked on and on the same date. In all other cases, customers will be required to purchase a new ticket and claim from their airline/travel insurance for refunds of any unused tickets.

“We booked the tour at 13:30 from O'Conell St Upper to Dublin Airport. Although we were ready there for boarding at 13:24, no bus was shown untill 13:55. At this time, there was a big queue and not everyone was allowed to enter. The bus left the station at least around 14:02 - more than a half an our delayed. Our experince: Don't pre-book and use the line 16 of Dublin Bus (there were several busses of the line 16 to airport departing from the same place during the time we waited).”

“The driver was great, but the 2 hour gap between coaches for the 703 route is strange, especially when the Leopardstown bus is every 15 minutes. We had made alternative plans as a result, and only used Aircoach because our flight was delayed. It is unlikely we will use Aircoach again anytime soon, simply based on the very poor frequency of service.”

“Worse than terrible. We booked the 4:41 bus from Cabinteely cross to T2 Dublin airport. Bus was still not there at 5 am and we had to wake my elderly father to drop us to the airport. Appalling. Will never use again. Am lodging formal complaint. Advise people not to use this service. Very stressful.”

“I used the AirCoach from Dublin airport to Stllorgan on a recent trip to visit a friend. Staff at the airport were helpful, as was the driver, which was great as I had no idea where I was going. Will definitely use again.”

“Both the girls at the kiosk and Eugene went all out to make sure I got a seat on the 10:30am to Cork. After booking flights to and from Spain along with internal trains, buses and a taxi, I didn't book a seat on the aircoach to Cork. I mistakenly thought I wouldn't have an issue getting a seat. It was extremely busy yet Dublin Aircoach and it's sympathetic staff helped me get to Cork as soon as they could procure me a seat. Thanks again.”
