“I travel on Aircoach once a week for a year, alternating with gobus. recently I am travelling more on globus as the quality of the aircocah is going down. Its guarnateed the wifi will not work on the entire journey on the outward or return (guessing one bus's modem isnt working for the last two months and not being fixed) the last straw was the toilet has been blocked on one bus for the last two weeks.”

“Excellent service. Unfortunately I can’t use for every airport trip as service isn’t frequent enough, only every 2 hours to my area.”

“Aircoach is useful airport service but find the timings very drawn out. Also having to pick a return time for buses when airplanes can be delayed etc is very difficult. Person I spoke to at the desk was quite rude about our flight having been delayed and missed our booked bus (due to the UK air traffic control issues) . Driver was nicer about the situation. Buses also need to be updated to list stops on the route and to make use of the screen on the bus. As someone from Dublin it's fine but witnessed many lost tourists struggling to know which stop to get off and bus driver announcements weren't always clear.”
