“The timing of services is much too staggered. The services should run every half hour at most. The service is so poor for a capital city.”

“I travelled on the 01.40 to Dublin airport on Monday 29th September. There was an unruly passenger on the bus and I must commend the driver for dealing with him in a very dignified and calm manner even though he was getting abuse hurled at him from the passenger on board. Driver was excellent”

“The Coach was about 15 minutes late in arriving. Unavoidable I guess in traffic. Just worrying when you have a plane to catch. Needed t contact Customer Support on phone. Reached a Real perso which is amazing and he was extremely helpful. I would be very Happy to use the Service again.”

“I purchased a flexipass but was unable to change dates or times. I had to rebook and then apply for a refund which I haven't received as yet, nor even received an acknowledgment. Found the App poor but I know its being updated. As for the actual service of driver, bus, safety, cleanliness, time, I've no issue.”
