We were picked up in Dublin City Centre on a spacious, comfortable bus then when we got to Terminal 2 we were asked to swap buses and were overpacked on a rickety horrible bus. Why bother picking us up and half an hour later upending us and all our cases on to a different bus. Which was not worth the money paid to travel to Belfast. And it's not the first time this has happened. Never again!

Today, September 3rd, I took the aircoach in Leopardstown at 6:30 am, and I had such an horrible experience. I put my 2 hold bags and 1 cabin bag in the trunk of the bus and I was getting on the bus with a backpack containing my computer and a few other things, when the driver said that the backpack doesn't fit in the compartment above the seats, so I would have to put it down in the trunk because of the other passengers. Considering I had the computer inside the backpack, he said I could take the computer from the bag. So I validated my ticket and went back to put my bag in the trunk and placed the bag on the bus steps to take my computer, my wallet, and my glasses. But the driver said that I couldn't put my backpack on the steps and that I had to remove my things with my backpack resting on the trunk (there was no one to get out or get in, I was trying to be quick and it was the most practical place). So, I took a deep breath, put the backpack in the trunk and while I was taking things out (not even 30 seconds had passed) he started saying that he had a schedule to keep so I had to hurry up. Once I got on the bus, I asked him if he could tell me his name, but he replied that he was the driver, and that's the only thing I needed to know. Well, in short, driver who was working on September 3rd, at 6:30 in Clayton Hotel Leopardstown, I know that no one likes to be working at 6:30 am on a Sunday morning, but other people are not to blame and there are different ways of saying things. However, it is also important to point out that I have taken this bus many times and the drivers have always been friendly and nice (that's why I'm giving 3 starts and not 1). Unfortunately, this one ruined my mood.

Aircoach arrived at Cabinteely Cross 2nd September at 8.40am. An extremely friendly driver met us in great form which created a lovely atmosphere for the journey to the airport. Her announcements approaching the terminals were clear very thorough and wished us all a happy and safe journey. As we made our way off the bus she was still smiling. I approached her to ask her name and let her know how nice she made our journey. It really doesn't take much to make people feel good but Lisa has it in spades !! Thank you

Why are the 702and 703, already running only every 2 hours not scheduled to be 1 hour apart on their similar journeys? Both buses arrive at almost the same time 2 hours apart instead of synchronising 1 hour apart? Totally illogical and badly coordinated.

We asked for 2 Return Tickets, but only got One way Tickets. As we returned to the Counter, the customer "Service" Person told us ge gouldn't Change it, WE we're to late.

Great experience using aircoach, the driver was so helpful to people with their bag's and when they got off he asked everyone if they knew where they were going giving them all direction's to there destination's and showing them where to get the bus back to the airport. My mother asked his name as she thanked him which he said was dave this was route 700.........thank's

Worst website ever. Hard time for tourist getting a ticket, and sometimes doesn’t work on phone. Ticket took to long too email so missed the bus.

I used Aircoach for the first time and I have to commend them on an excellent service couldn’t see any negatives at all. I went from Derry to Dublin airport and it saved me a lot of money on car parking will definitely use again
